Season 4, The Dread Necropolis, will be bringing us an awesome Naxxramas themed card back to celebrate the release of Naxxramas this month. See the blue post and card below.

It's been a while since the blues have come out to play. Tonight Aratil offered some clarifications on Hearthstone's first adventure.

Posted Jul 1, 2014 (Live Patch 5506)Love the Naxx card back! Did anyone else notice that it is cursed*? I wonder if they will ever implement card backs that have some kind of influence (cosmetic or otherwise) on other aspects of the game as well? Possibly like glyphs in WoW. For example, a card back that has a green fire theme that makes your cards and minions burn green, and anything that your minions attack will burn green as well. Who knows!
They could also create "handicap" card backs that actually make the game harder, such as a shroud card back that hides your opponent's current number of cards in hand and mana total behind smoke or mist.
*The "cursed" note was just for flavor in the Blizzard news post, but it made me start thinking about other possibilities!

Posted Jul 1, 2014 (Live Patch 5506)Tbh I can't understand the issues people have with reverses and the fact they are not given for like rank 15, 5 or such... HS is CASUAL game! It's not the game for teh hardcorez who play 24/7. Of course it has e-sport potencial (HUGE potencial) but in all of it's deep tactical/deck-ish stuff it is still very very friendly for people who play like 1-2 matches a day and goes off. That's the best in this game and as a result those rewards are purely cosmetic and avaliable for everyone (how hard it is to get rank 20...) So instead of "ohhh those rewards should be more elitish" or such just enjoy the fact that YOU earned it and can show off for god knows what reason. It's too little? Go earn legendary reverse. Still too little? Feel free to participate in tournaments, make your own Yt channel, Twitch channel and be profesional hs tutor/player there :) Let casual players have fun too:)
