It's totally predictable that they haven't completed Naxxramas, however, very hard to appreciate their uncertainty about price.

Price has nothing to do with development. It is purely a marketing x game design decision.

True, but the developers work with the marketers and I know this for a fact.  In general, if you guys are not spending a single cent on this game, then you shouldn't complain.  Who could blame them?  If I worked on something, I would expect to get paid. 

They only announced giving some information, not releasing a game.

First off, if u guys didn't spend a single cent on this game, why should they care about what you think? I mean all f2p are there to make money. Dota made like 40 mill off the international this year. This game is such a young game with only 30 people developing it. Most people I talked to did not spend any money at all. Sure they made some marketing errors but they announced naxx to keep interest in the game. Even the developers don't know where this game should go. Second, a high gold price of 1k is reasonable since each wing has a legendary. I can't get a legendary even opening 20 packs. They also are giving us the first and last wing free, so 5 legends for 3k plus more cards is a good deal to me. This is their first time with an expansion so give them a break. I'm happy they are at least giving us an option to purchase with gold. I mean there are not a lot of card games that give you free packs.

Just replying because you are downvoted, but you have a point. I don't know how many people spend money, I did at the start because i wanted to play different decks quick. Last months I don't need to spend a dime because I can do arena with winning + dailies and I'm sitting at 2500g, so if they make it 500g, it's a free ride again for me.

Welp. I was already losing interest in this game. Arena is the only fair mode, it takes way too much time to get to legendary, and I have a feeling the Naxx stuff is going to be too p2w or even p2play. I can't believe there are people suggesting that 1000-2000g per wing is reasonable. That's like 10 or 20 bucks per wing. A wing of a small expansion of a free to play game shouldn't sell for as much as a full game. Maybe I'm spoiled by Steam and GOG Summer sales, but there are some really good games out there that I can play for a few bucks. I'm not gonna drop 40 bucks on 4 wings of a free to play game to get 30 new cards for a game that doesn't provide me much incentive to keep playing anyways. Only arena is worth playing imo. If Blizzard plays this wrong, I'm probably done with this game.

ye sorry guys but the price reveal need some bug fixing and isnt ready for release yet, we are working day and night to try to fix this.

Truth is that it takes a lot of time to price the Nax expansion as a lot of Blizzard's departments have to work together to do this. The bad thing is that they made this announcement and now they took it back without announcing another date...

That is Sad... I hope that at least we will get something this week and it will not be another week with nothing. 
(at least the release date or a card or SOMETHING)

You'd be really surprised sadly. I know I wouldn't pay more then $5 (though I'm gonna pay in gold) and I pray you're right : )

Presumably the dev team are under pressure to actually make some money from Naxxramus, and if the gold price is set too low then they won't make any money at all, but set it too high and the corresponding cash price will look completely unrealistic for a minor expansion, resulting in a PR farce.

I think that giving players a three way choice between either

- a very high gold-only price that only dedicated grinders would pay

- a realistic gold price and a couple of bucks

- a realistic cash price 

would ensure that they make some money without looking too greedy

Last wing is free. So the leak is obviously false.
