The beta is getting closer with each passing day and it's important to make sure that you've opted yourself in to the beta so you have a chance of getting in. Please make sure you only login with your battle.net credentials on the battle.net website.

Lots of client strings from the Hearthstone store, the most interesting of which is the disclaimers. It is well known that an achievement was added to World of Warcraft for a Hearthstone Promotion but Blizzard has yet to confirm how it is obtained. A possible source of the Hearthsteed could be from buying boosters during the beta. The following string from the store shows that players will receive a gift for testing the store. "purchase one or more packs you will receive a gift for helping us test our store!"

Posted Jul 3, 2013 (Beta Patch 3388)I thought they wanted to launch beta during summer, in most European countries you wouldn't think it's summer because of the awful weather, BUT HELLO! ITS SUMMER BLIZ!
They joked about the launch with launching it soon and not blizzard soon, but can we trust them!?

Posted Jul 3, 2013 (Beta Patch 3388)Well, Blizzard could have said a specific date or month, or week, but they chose the vagueness of "This summer" which according to wikipedia means different things to different places in the world, but even in the US there's not a single defined period.

So if we take into account that Blizzard is an american company that held a presentation for an american public when they first announced the beta, their definition is probably also one that american people would recognize as summer.
Taking the broadest period of what people in america generally take as the summer it should be anywhere between the 26th of May and 1st of September that Blizzard releases the Hearthstone beta.
Or they can at the last minute decide they're not happy with some things and just delay everything till 2014. :P
And FYI, yes, yes, I am terribly bored with nothing better to do then look up definitions of summer and prattle.

Seriously though, I'm sure Blizz will get to an EU beta as soon as possible, I'm just trying to not get my hopes up and have this completely aweful period of dragging on waiting for it to happen.

Posted Jul 2, 2013 (Beta Patch 3388)Yeah that is true if they allow us to stream and stuff, which idk cause it is closed beta but hopefully they do, and i know sadly i only have 1 warlock deck, I mainly like flooding decks, like summon after summon or beast charge decks. I like unique stuff like windfury decks or stealth stuff like that xD

Still hyped though, since it will mean more info coming out and stuff to watch on streams and videos. I'll be living vocariously through you guys!
