I looked on IMDB and Anduin is not named on Lowenthal's pages but some searching brought me the guy that *is* Anduin's VA: Jim Mahoney. Credited with the Cataclysm voice acting here: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2700235/
And since his voice is still the same since Cata it must still be the same guy.
