one winner each server or one winner in the whole world?
So to get it right, this bundle is coming to all servers and not just China?
I believe this is probably going to be a massive event, with lenght of two weeks, in which the first place (some kind of ranking system) will take the respective prize in the post. The same goes for all the other 50k best places
Opening 3000 packs will give you a minimum of 120000 dust (If you get 4 commons and a rare in every one)
Considering there is a Pity timer on both Epics and Legendaries,
The Pity Timer has been "confirmed" to be every 10 packs have an Epic, and every 40 pack have a Legendary.
Giving us the grand total of.
12000 Commons - Giving 60000 Dust
2625 Rares - Giving 52500 Dust
300 Epics - Giving 30000 Dust
75 Legendaries - Giving 30000.
Totalling to 172500 dust, if you get the worst possible luck.
Actualy you get 100 dust per pack on the average. So 3000 packs are 300000 dust.
There is no real profit of buying one limited "mammoth bundle" for active hs player.
Meta already settled, people crafted important cards like dks, quests, weapons, important legs and epics.
What are you going to open? Ozruk? Tyrantus? Lilian voss? Shaman weapon?
Opening 10 KnC packs without legendary means you have to continue buying them(up to 40) to get one, otherwise doesn't make sense.
Buying old packs to hit legendary will result in reducing gold for new expansion.
"Welcoming bundle" guarantee you a legendary while "mammoth bundle" is not.
Btw "Mammoth bundle" is good for new players.
You say this like all active HS players care only about meta-decks
Not everyone has got all the legendaries and epics they wanted. Just because a card is meta doesn't mean everyone could afford to get it.
I agree with you, there are cool off meta decks and you should buy it if you want.
But you unlikely hit legendary timer just in 10 packs of each expansion, therefore you will buy more packs to get leg which will result in reducing gold for new expansion.
It's similiar to heroic brawl cause it bites you to waste gold, imo.
No real profit? its great value dust-wise for future expansions.
that is not chinese. that is korean. learn the difference!
like for crying out loud THE DANG POST EVEN SAYS IT IS IN KOREAN like come on.
obviously you can not read english either.
"A blog post on the Korean Hearthstone website talks about a new pack coming into the client which can be purchased for 20,000 Korean Won (about $19 USD). The card pack will contain 30 packs, 10 from each of the expansions from the Year of the Mammoth (Un'Goro, Frozen Throne, Kobolds). The pack arrives to celebrate the Year of the Mammoth one last time before the next rotation."
