Pretty cool decks

Thank you for putting my deck on this :D, appreciate it!

The same way that anybody who's actually interested in Wild plays it.  If you've been a player for a long time and seen cards rotate out, you've got Wild fodder.  Have enough of it and you can make decks.  If you're neither Hearthstone rich, nor willing to spend money on becoming so, I recommend Standard.

Hell, I've spent money on this game and still prefer Standard.

People can "literally" buy wild packs and the old adventures.

They use Wax Elemental to deliver instead of Patches the Pirate, need more patience...

at least we will know what to expect the upcoming week

How do decks get selected for spotlight? Is it through submissions or just random?

It is a weekly list of the most upvoted deck that made the front page, a weekly popularity contest, if you will.

I have to say, I was surprised by the freeze mage among these decks. I had no idea that it was still viable, I might have to try out something similar to that list

A lot of people are saying that it isn't.  And I must admit that at higher ranks, I'm curious how it survives.  But, if someone's posting Legend proof, they're either patient, good at BS (which I doubt) or have figured out a way to make it work.

Freeze mage was my final boss to legend.

you can get to legend with just about any deck and enough patience. I would not reccomend freeze mage as it loses to the 3 most popular decks.
