Three Free Kobolds Packs Now Available Through Battle.net Gifts

As compensation for the daily quest bug, all players are receiving three free Kobolds packs! They're being distributed right now so if you don't yet have them, don't worry, they're on their way!

To claim your free packs:

Click on the gift button in the top right corner of your battle.net client. (Screenshot below)
Mobile users can visit account.blizzard.com/gifts to claim their gift.

Not to sound ungrateful for the three packs (because I am), but you have to select a region where you receive your gift. I play on the American and European servers, and in both cases I was affected by the daily quest "bug". So I am simply wondering why it is necessary to select a region if you lost dailies in all of them?

Maybe that is why there are three packs, one for each region.
