All the Possible Options for Dungeon Run Card Bundles by Class
We've been hard at work figuring out the intricacies with Hearthstone's new Dungeon Run mode. We've put together an exhaustive list of all the possible cards you can receive from each bundle of cards presented at the completion of a boss. Use this to help yourself gauge the power level of each of the options and what you may be able to get after future successful clears.
Note: Unique also provides you with cards that are not in your deck, the exact criteria, if it exists, we are not sure of.
Bundle Patch Changes
A game patch on February 6, 2018 made two changes to these bundles. The bundles have been updated below.
- Patches the Pirate was removed from the Warrior bundle, Charge!
- Celestial Dreamer was removed from the Druid bundle, Jungle Quest.
LOOOOL Graves the Cleric just milled himself with northshires and he said "you never go full northshire" :D
Minion 5 and up cost 5, plus all weps cost 1 plus boots of haste (minions cost 0) is too op. Won all 8 on my first run as warrior. Taunts, recruit legendary, etc. Stupid easy compared to how long it took me to complete it as warlock with my choices.
Warrior is my hardest class. I've never had any of those choices except for the minions 5+ cost 5, so I guess my luck is just horrible. The bucket options also don't synergize with each other for the options it gives to me.
Hunter and Warrior are impossible for me, the other 7 classes were rather easy though.
Warlock is OP with +1/1 and Stealth. Actually stealth negates the disadvantages you have VS 1/2 of the bosses so I'd always pick that with every class.
Warrior is probably the hardes to do. I did it with 5 mana huge minions and a few Varian Wrynns in my deck.
My first run as warlock
double deathrattle with wax rager any class GG
not if you can't draw wax rager :(
Violet Illusionist + Rod of Roasting, GG
wrong. the Rod can hit a violet for 10, and then you....
I thought the Rod of Roasting only hit hero's.
But I guess you're right. It doesn't specify.
Is there a reason the Warrior wasn't given a C'Thun option? That would have been really nice with the Armor and/or Taunt buckets :(
Mal'Ganis + Cloak of Invisibility.
Thank me later ;)
Even that isn't foolproof with bosses having spells like Brawl or Doom or gaining control of random minions. More often than not, they have answers to everything. Even the king getting treasures like Wand of Disintegration (which not only kills your cloaked Mal'Ganis but all your double deathrattles). Anyway, thanks, but uh, that's not gonna kill any of the final bosses by itself.
I did that, and after I was done, I had to go out back and hose myself off. So dirty.
Had a rogue run with double deathrattle and boombox, 4 mana deal 14-56 damage. Ended up facing that arcane missile chick, never draw that card and lost. Made sure to have draw engine but rng is rng.
I've beaten Xol three times, each time you just make them discard the Quest with Howlfiend
Isn't attacking Howlfiend working against you? (helping the enemy to discard)
Not if you make them discard Nether Portal as well.
What number'th boss is Xol and what does he do? I'm only missing 2 classes and I haven't even seen him once
Xol is 8th, he uses lots of mind control and shuffle into deck mechanics. Ran into him most with Priest, but I think it's random?
