All the Possible Options for Dungeon Run Card Bundles by Class
We've been hard at work figuring out the intricacies with Hearthstone's new Dungeon Run mode. We've put together an exhaustive list of all the possible cards you can receive from each bundle of cards presented at the completion of a boss. Use this to help yourself gauge the power level of each of the options and what you may be able to get after future successful clears.
Note: Unique also provides you with cards that are not in your deck, the exact criteria, if it exists, we are not sure of.
Bundle Patch Changes
A game patch on February 6, 2018 made two changes to these bundles. The bundles have been updated below.
- Patches the Pirate was removed from the Warrior bundle, Charge!
- Celestial Dreamer was removed from the Druid bundle, Jungle Quest.
Oh my god, finally I beat it with warrior.it took me like 4 days, nothing was working. 2nd tier bosses were countering me and the few times I would make it to the end, the last boss would do some shenanigans like the king casting the treasure that makes minion cost 0 Then followed by a golden monkey on the same turn, crazy!!!
This last run I got double HP, the mana ramp weapon, and the adapt a minion. At first I though the weapon was going to be bad, but then I started getting pirates that give your weapon +1/+1 and I would ramp up faster than my opponent. Weapons were definitely the MVP for me, I got to kill the one that lowers his cards by 1 before turn 7 for him. I was just playing weapons and pumping them up and going face.
The last boss was the darkness. I didn't get the mana weapon early, so I had to play a slow control game. Since I had 200 HP I would let him get like 4 darknesses before using the torch. I also played only small minions for him to waste mind control and entomb, he did on patches and a berserker. But the MVP was the death knight card, I used it to kill 3 darknesses every turn, so it was total control and with the pirates the weapon lasted me a long time. I also had 2 brawls and 1 of the card that lets you spend armor to deal damage.
It was an awesome run, hope my tips help people struggling with warrior.
I got double hp twice and got two armor bundles and warrior dk, won by fatigue every matchup lol
For the people struggling with Paladin, I just beat it. I know the best strat is to get the upgraded hero power & the +1/+1 flag, but I never got those 2 in the same run. On this last run I got double deathrattle and perma stealth. My strat was to get as many of the new legendary weapon as possible and charge dudes. Well I ended up with 3 valanyrs and 3 of the charge/lifesteal guy. The warlock final boss got destroyed by a 25 attack charge guy LOL. Something I noticed is that he was sitting on Doom, but never used it, eventually got discarded by doomguard. I guess because he always had more minions than me, I made sure I had no more than 2 at anytime.
The beautiful thing is that valanyr will either buff 2 minions in your hand or the same one, then when either of them die the weapon gets equipped twice, so the 1st equip gives 2 buffs to minions in your hand and then you keep the 2nd equip. Is so crazy.
Mage was my first class I won with. I used one healing passive and the rod of roasting. Everytime I would get to 10 mana, I would just cast it and prey to god. It worked because I always had more health than my opponent.
get justicar ring is really good for mage and try to get jaina with these 2 it will help a lot for mage
Try to build an elemental deck with Frost Lich Jaina. if you happen to get hero power passive and/or perma stealth, you are golden. Double battlecry is a nice addition to the elementals.
Edit: I also got animated armor during my successful run. Although I didnt really need it, it felt really really dirty to have that one with perma stealth :D
I beat mage on my first try. I lucked out super hard by grabbing perma stealth and antonidas along the way. With other minions like animated armor and sorcs apprentices, it was an auto win against most bosses.
I'm taking any advice on priest im over 120 defeated bosses and its the only class i have left. I feel like i have tried every build imaginable and i've come close several times but can never get that rnjesus luck i need to defeat the final boss any suggestions?
Standard Dragon Priest with big dragons and Stealth just crushes the bosses.
theres two easy paths to winning. the standard c'thun stuff is obvious. double battle cries with c'thun cards, picking up the high cost minions cost 5 along the way, and win from there. the other way for priest to win is spell damage. prophet velen, malygos, and a bunch of burn. perma stealth and +3 spell dmg are pretty important, but the high cost minions cost 5 one helps a lot as well. wish or boots of haste can save you if you dont feel confident in your ability to draw well.
I went regular raza shotgun priest. I made sure I had only 1 copy of each card, with the exception of 2 velens. I also took all the destruction I could get like the silence/destroy all enemy minions, summon 7 boombots, and also the one that fills your hand with coins.
After over 400 defeated bosses finally beat it with buy taking the hero power up grade, and the your opponents minions cost one more upgrade with deathrattle quest picked up Kelthuzda, rag, and three copies of carn blood hoof. Beatthe final boss by taking them to fatigue and just trying to out value there deck and to heal my self as much as possible.
Guys. Cant handle paladin. Done all others but paladin 81 bosses right now and still not done. Pls Help
I was getting tired of Paladin, so went f all. grabbed the "high cost minions cost (5)" and the extra 1 mana at the start, and filled my deck with legendaries and taunts. By the end I picked up a few healing sets, and it was a piece of cake.
I had a lot of trouble with Rogue runs, but then I found the winning formula;
Battle Totem: You just add as many Jade/C'Thun cards as you can in the hopes of finding more support
into
Death Totem (Aya Blackpaw double value).
into 2x Gloves of Mugging (if you can). I was able to steal Lakkari Sacrifice from Xol and I stole the Rogue quest from that other boss. EZ games.
Also, Carnivorous Cube on Arfus is disgusting when you have 2x battlecries and deathrattles.
I ended up beating rogue with Exhaustion: double battlecry, and increased minion cost for my opponent.
It's one of the only combinations where all your 10 starting cards are useful somehow. Basically you go from "why do I have Vanish" to "please, now, topdeck Vanish". Also you can easily get a good C'thun finisher with the battlecry totem (even if you have only C'thun and two buffs), and you will likely draw it every game.
Mill Rogue EZ
Crushed it with dudes based Paladin and two Tarims.
Rogue run went as follows:
3 Aya Blackpaw
Deathrattles Trigger Twice (passive)
Spiritsinger Umbra
I won that run
