Why do people want the paladin one...it's SOFA KING boring and generic. Is it the card art? Or is it ,"WOW IT'S INFINITE, SO YOU'RE SAYING WHEN I HAVE 3 HP AGAINST PIRATE WARRIOR, I CAN PLAY THIS ON TURN 6 AND HE INSTA CONCEDES AFTER READING THE EFFECT?!?!? Yeah, garbage weapon my friends. Like just look at shaman weapon that is super interesting yet you nerds are bustin nuts over a simple handbuff weapon. Laugh my FOOOKING arse off as they say in Canada.
While I'm, like, 80% sure you're trolling, the answer is simple: people want playable weapons. The Shaman one might do something "different", but can't be built around properly, nor is it good enough to just put in any deck.
Relax... is a Game
Dude, I'm not seeing this 6 mana weapon as playable is my basic argument. Like, what archtype are we even aiming for with this kind of deck? :P
Easy: literally any minion-focused Paladin deck as well as Buff Paladin and, most prevelantly, Handbuff (though that's pretty much only because of Saronite Chain Gang. The card is a good, generic weapon that will generate incremental value over time and improve your card quality immensely. The weapon is usable in just about every Paladin deck that's not Murlocs or Aggro. Something that flexible and generic is obviously asked for.
Boring? Nah, it's infinite and provides a way to compete with priest in a value game without filling your deck with heavy cards.
1. kingsbane (my rogue decks suck, but like oil wpn rogue in wild, also would help getting 500 wins, <200 to go)
2. Skull (seems fun)
3. Twig
4. Dragon
rest are meh, might be fun, but not excited for them.
Hope for Paladin hammer, want to play my favorite class after K&C release.
too bad, paladin is my class boi
the hunter one, simply because minionless hunter seems pretty fun.
In the end, they're all worth 400 dust.
On a serious note, I gotta say I'm excited for the Rogue one. The Paladin and Warlock ones seem alright too, but I'm prepared for the inevitability that I'll get a free Runespear.
Maybe I'll look like poor whiner, but none, cuz of blizz's system of 2 class legendaries every update. No thanks :/
Rhok'delar has got to be my first pick. While all weapons range from "Eh, alright" to "Oh good Lord, what did we do to deserve this?", I feel like the only ones worth using are Kingsbane, to generally have good resources, Aluneth, for basic SMOrc Mage to have fuel, and Rhok for having the plain strongest actual effect among all weapons.
While No Minions Hunter will be absolute trash for the next 4 months, that deck only needs one or two good spells to really take off. And if Raza is anything to go by, they will get something that breaks the deck in one of the upcoming expansions. Reloading your entire hand with up to 10 spells and getting a 4/2 weapon for only 7 mana is ridiculous value and, while right now being the worst weapon due to having the biggest restriction to it, will definitely result in this being the only weapon to really hold its ground in the longrun.
I also play neither Rogue nor Mage so those two would be wasted. I guess Paladin, Druid and Priest I would at least not be mad at getting either.
I really find it funny how people are downvoting on a "state your opinion" post for stating my opinion.
I feel you bro , but it's actually the point why they put an upvote or downvote there. It doesn't mean you're wrong, it just means a lot of people don't agree with your opinion, that's how any other internet forum works..
By the way, imo , the Hunter weapon is really really strong if only it has no conditions. But I'm theorycrafting right now with a Hunter deck with few minions that can abuse the Recruit mechanic so they will be immediately pulled-out of the deck, by the time your out of minions and have a small hand you can then reload with the weapon.
In order for me:
Ah, who am I kidding? I want them all :)
Wanna try some miracle oil rogue with the rogue weapon :)
Is C'thun disenchantable when it moves to the wild??? Probably only half a year fr the the next season I mean after the age of mammoth
