Well this is awesome
if you have this card, 4 basic totems and played Windshear Stormcaller.....well you still get one Al'Akir the Windlord
Just Lightning Bolt this guy and you're good to go.
Yeah I thought about doing that too. Too bad it doesn't work without killing this guy.
Most of the combos people are mentioning are not taking into account that all the other elementals require that an elemental was played LAST turn, and this card only boosts battlecry THIS turn...anyone who has tried to make a competitive elemental deck know that its already awkward to get their effects off, and this adds to that setup...i think at best this card would work in jade shaman
You act like summoning elemental last turn is equivalent to winning against jade druid as a control deck (pretty hard)
Its not has hard as you think, coming from a person who's played elementals exclusively in ungoro, and sometimes this meta. I've always managed to play my elementals on curve without any problems, all while activating there battlecry. with the tokens generated from firefly, and the elemental curve of Firefly>tarcreeper> jade spirit > Servant or Firefly>Tarcreeper>Steam surger >Servant for mage happens pretty commonly. and mixing jades with elementals is what everyone did in the ungoro meta, all it was missing was value generation, since all we had was spirit echo. now with this and grumble the deck can actually take off, and reach tier 3 or even tier 2.
So if you play 2 of these the second one goes twice giving next 4 times so turn 10 2 of these and aya would that set it off 4 times
No. Same case as a Brann. This makes it trigger TWICE. The game checks for two triggers. Not doubling it.
I'm baffled that people don't understand what "twice" means and they always wonder "how does this interact with Brann".
BY THE ELEMENTS COMBINED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!KalimosPrimalLord
Seems good. Let's see how it actually does and what it'll in fact fit into.
Murmuring Elemental+ Kalimos, Primal Lord + Grumble, Worldshaker + Blazecaller + many cheaper elementals.
It looks like aggro with finishing combo...
Grumble's effect just returns your minions to your hand once I believe
The point is you can use the Murmuring Elemental's battecry again for another card
I think you are right. But it is still chance to back 2x Blazecaller 's or play 2x Murmuring Elemental 's and Kalimos, Primal Lord .
Yes but what happens when you return murmuring elemental and blaze caller :)
Maybe now they will fix double lifesteal from Brann + Corpsetaker interaction
If you play this twice... will you trigger next one 3 or 4 times?
two times. It doesn't stack.
Very very cool design. Probably the third card in the whole set that made me sit up and take notice.
It's almost like have Brann back in standard. It's also cheaper than Brann, so you can fit it into combos during the turn, instead of playing Brann and hoping that your opponent doesn't kill him first.
