Can't wait to see meme and Op decks use this :)
Remember the good ol' times when we evolved 5 dopplegangsters? Well we can do that for 1 mana cheaper now and not feel bad about evolving Bran. Woo!
Evolve Shamans rejoice. We needed this since they are nerfing evolve with all these 1/1s.
All those points pretty much apply to Standard too.
Downvote me if you like, but it's true.
If nobody plays Wild, how do you explain the people playing Wild?
The problem with this card is that it's in shaman, which hasn't gotten any help so far in this expansion and is already in a pretty bad state. Meanwhile priest is the strongest class right now in both wild and standard and is getting strong cards for all of their best archetypes.
It would be awesome if a control oriented shaman deck where this card would be good (because you need to be able to hold your hand for it) was viable, but that will likely never be the case with the core shaman cards, especially after the nerf to hex. With Overload, that mana cost change hit shaman a lot harder than it would have for another class to get their removal bumped up by 1, because overload cards are already universally overcosted for the cost + overload, and all of Shaman's strong removal has overload, so if you want to play a control deck or slower midrange deck that would actually include hex, you need to include the overload cards, and using any of them for early removal pretty much guarantees that you fall behind on tempo. Most of the overload removal is only really decent when you're at 8-10 mana and can develop something reasonably sized with the AOE and have a decent amount of mana for followup.
It's a strong card, but I don't think shaman will be able to fit this card into a deck.

Brann Bronzebeard but, battle cry...
Lots of love for Elementals this expansion, I love it. :D
But how does it work with Brann Bronzebeard LuL
It doesn't. It's "Trigger Twice", not "Trigger an additional time". If you play this card with Bran, the next battlecry you play after it will benefit from 3x "Trigger Twice" effects, which means, it will trigger twice, not 6 times.
Exactly, same thing happens when you get duplicate Branns or Baron.
how long can this go on x2, aw yeah
the 1/1 is a good evolve target too
Meme deck idea, CThun Shaman. You get two of this guy in your hand along with the elemental that lowers the costs of elementals in hand. Play one of these and the cheaper ele guy so on 10 mana you can play this guy and CThun in the same turn. The fun part is that this guy isn’t a dead card in that deck since you can use it on other CThun buffers on bad draws. Of course the cheaper ele guy is a dead card .... unless it’s an ELEMENTAL CTHUN SHAMAN!!!
Im really looking forward to this expansion.
Or... you just play Emperor Thaurissan with C'Thun and this card in your hand?
I dont see the point of a meme deck in standard, because it is a lot harder to get the combo done.
Or you realize Aviana/Kun/C'thun combo is just better.
