Let me show you a Light's Justice.
If they add a draw a weapon rogue card it will somehow become even more broken
Mill rogue infinite value
Well, they made all the poisons and junk more valuable. Still just alright as is.
Ok, for those down voting me, let's look at the following:
1.) This has no interaction with the death knight. Literal negative interaction.
2.) You have to invest other cards into it, to make it not suck. If it gets Oozed as is, it's really bad.
3.) Even if you invest a +2 and life steal poison into it, is it all that good to draw a 3/3 weapon with life steal that cost you three cards throughout the game for this? Fine, maybe it's a 5/3 weapon if you've invested multiple poisons into it, but that's still ok. It gets better with pirate rogue, but remember you have to re-draw a one of weapon.
4.) There's only one, so whatever you sink into it, if it's deep in your deck it can honestly not matter, this will happen often :(
5.) Not only is it bad with the death knight Rogue, it's bad with the hero power too :(

I think it's a good card, and obviously we cannot know if it will actually work that well in practice. However, there are something to fix:
1) Why would you need a weapon to interact with DK Rogue anyway? as a 1 mana, it works with most combo cards, which interact well with DK. And honestly, if you ever hear about mill rogue, the weapon interacts really well with DK. Looks for some comment below to see.
2) And the opponent have to invest the Ooze to counter it. Moreover, since Rogue can always equip a weapon from HP, in some specific case, all the supporting cards can be used just well.
3) a 1 mana 3/3 weapon is already value.
4) same as #2, your supporting cards can always be useful with your HP.
5) Unless you are playing wild and really love Inspire mechanic, otherwise, I don't see any reason to use your HP every turn.
1 and 5/ If you get this weapon in your deck, probably you will need to take some enchantments. So there is no 1/3 weapon in the late game for most of the time.
2/ The support card is not good enough, it's just situational good.
3/ You probably won't destroy the weapon after buffing it. So it does something before you actually destroy it and after you draw it. Please remember that, I say it's good. I have never said that it's overpower or something like that. A 3/3 using 2 cards and can further upgrade and recycle is probably a good one.
4/Because it can be recycled and can be upgraded.

Obviously an amazing card in so many ways. Now to make sure you draw it in a timely manner...
I can see this being meta-defining, I also can this being unplayable due to the lack of tools to support this playstyle (against, depends on how aggressive the meta is).
I was so hyped on the card already.. Then i saw the 1 mana cost! This'll trigger combos and enable decks built around it.. The Wild Synergy will be pretty insane, too. Dodges weapon destruction mechanics.. Plus you could duplicate it pretty easily with rogue's toolset. I like it!
This sounds amazing. Deathrattle that protects it from just being instantly destroyed, low cost, good effect. I love it, might make Boomerang and maybe even Blade Flurry viable again.
But, I agree, if you draw it, this card is amazing and thought-out in this meta.
