Sorry, I was thinking in context of stormcaller
First card is useless. Shamans always summon totems they need using only hero power.
All three cards will never see the light of day in constructed. The two minions are perfectly fine arena picks with mediocre choices.
It looks like an excessive Tempo loss for an inconsistent strategy.
Sea Giant and Frostwolf Warlord could help, but...
Dunno.
At least I like the arts..
Primal Talismans is actually pretty good. Not as value-oriented as Spirit Echo, but quite valuable as insurance against board clears and to ensure you can use Bloodlust in a token deck.
Kobold Hermit is pretty good as an AOE combo piece, but given how weak the body is, it's hard to imagine you'd prefer him to any of the other 2 mana spell damage cards out there today (Bloodmage Thalnos, Kobold Geomancer, Tainted Zealot, and Tuskarr Fisherman). Still, a 2 mana "summon two minions" isn't so bad as an early play in a token deck, and getting to choose which totem is a nice add on.
Windshear Stormcaller is bonkers if you can hit the battlecry, but that doesn't feel very likely (barring any synergizing cards yet to be revealed). Maybe you could do it with cards like Wicked Witchdoctor, and maybe that could lead to a massive late game play where you buff Al'Akir the Windlord with Primal Fusion, but that just seems super unlikely. It definitely feels like you're more likely to get Al'Akir on 5 with a lucky Far Sight than with Windshear Stormcaller.
ANELE Clap
I think the Hermit is decent, being able to choose spellpower or say taunt, not bad really, but like with all new cards we need to wait and see how they play out...
Primal talisman is buff to Mass Dispell
the statline is already ok so it might see some play . Nothing spectacular though .
I mean if you control all the totems you might want to play bloodlust / thrall instead .
That's the first card ever that summons another SPECIFIC card from another set.
Mekgineer Thermaplugg is from gvg and it summons Leper Gnome from the classic set
False. Light of the Naaru, Frost Lich Jaina, Mekgineer Thermaplugg and Troggzor the Earthinator (there may be more) do this.
Ball of Spiders
what about the spiders?
I think the shaman legendary will be an totem.
they already revealed the shaman legendary, its an elemental.
Well, the shaman legendary is out already, and it's an elemental ...
Then im sure it will be next expansion or the one after that. They did say they will make one in the future.
