This card looks a little bit broken to me...
Haven't seen any new AoE yet either but this can pull some pretty filthy cards.
The board you develop with this is too squishy. If im control warlock and youre paladin, you playing 2x 2drops or 7 x 2 drops is pretty much the same thing when hellfire clears it all. Also its automatically unplayable with keleseth and murloc pally got nerfed recently, we'll see. if murloc pally gets put of hand you can just steamroll it with control warlock(also if you go vs dragon priest youre gona have a bad time)
But what you have to realizing is that it's basically draw 3 and play 4-6 Mana depending on how many 1 drops you have
you play this after a board wipe not before
Most decks only have a limited number of board clears, usually 2-3. Control decks have more, but it's still usually around 4.
This is a 1 card play that'll drop 3 immediate threats that require a board clear, it's an extremely good outcome if the control player wastes an entire turn + board clear just for this card.
Once the control deck is out of board clears they will almost always lose to an aggro/midrange deck.
I personaly like it more in control. With doubleDoomsayer and double Dirty Rat it is quite often a board clear + initiative on turn 4 via 1 card (!)
it's actually kind of good in arena
cause you don't really want to draw most of the 0-2 mana minion late game, helps with the curve
may need to put more 2 drops when drawing though
Another reason for me to hate aggro paladin.
Ha yeah, plays call to arms, pulls out 2x cornered sentry and 2x dirty rat. An unreasonable dream, but a hilarious one.
That's a hell of a good trick, using a Paladin spell to recruit (meaning pull from your deck) a Warrior minion. How do you manage it?
Wow. Hello Murloc Paladin. How are you? This on 4, Finja on 5? Nice. Even better, coin this on 3. This could get out of control quick.
This card is bonkers. Recruit is especially powerful for the draw/deck thinning. It's why I thought they were putting such a premium mana cost on it for a 3/5 taunt with a deathrattle that recruits twice. If this card was 4-mana to cast three random 2-drops it would put similar cards to shame (5 mana for 3 2/2s or 5 mana for 3/3, 2/2, 1/1). Paying 4-mana for 3 2-drops of your choice and drawing three cards is off-the-charts.
This reminds me of Muster for Battle .
I was really hoping this was going to be a cool dragon
It's a sad day when Call to Arms recruits Keleseth
Its a sad day when someone with a single 2 drop plays with this card.
