Deck Spotlight: Tobi's No Rush Hunter
Please note that this deck has been edited since being posted last night so the quote from spOh is slightly out of date.
In tonight's Deck Spotlight, we're going to be taking a look at a Hunter deck from one of the top 25 players ranked in beta season 2, Tobi. Tobi's No Rush Hunter deck is not your usual Hunter rush deck. It has some mid-game minions available like the Stranglethorn Tiger, and has swapped out some of the normal Hunter rush minions for more control. The deck revolves around heavy use of spells for board control leaving room for your minions and weapons to do the dirty work.
Check out the deck below, and make sure you read up on what Tobi has to say about his deck!

We reached out to the legends ranked players zRusheR and spOh for their comments on the deck, and they had this to say:
Quote from spOhThis deck is a half aggro half secret deck which revolves around this use of traps and spells to help control the game so that you can get your weapons buffed up. One of the best strengths of this deck is the element of surprise. If you see a Leper Gnome drop turn 1, your opponent will assume they are fighting against an aggro deck when really there are cards in the deck that they will not be expecting, an example being Freezing Trap, no one is running that! As far as adjustments go, I would possibly swap out Hogger with a Houndmaster to give the deck an additional 4 drop that can give you more deck synergy with a better taunt minion.
Quote from zRusheRI agree with sp0h.

6 Legendarys? Srsly? This Game just suxx ... Higher Rank only with Legendarys?! Well Paid...
I'm sorry about that. There was poor communication between myself and ManaGrind and the article was not ready to be published yet and they withdrew it. I'll make sure this doesn't happen in the future.
