The Great Stone of Challenge is This Week's Brawl!
Welcome, heroes, to the Great Stone of Challenge. Your deck building prowess will be tested: You may only use spells with an even cost; you may only use minions with an odd attack! Build a deck and fight for the Stone of Challenge!
Trivia
- This is the second time we've seen this brawl.
- The first time we saw this brawl was April 13, 2016.
- The brawl is a client-forced ruleset of the Challengestone tournament, a series run by Kripparrian and Tempo Storm.
How it Works
- You get to choose your own class and build a custom deck.
- All cards available to the Wild format may be used for your deck.
- Spells in your deck must have an even mana cost.
- Minions in your deck must have an odd attack value.
Historical Decks Snapshot
The last time this Brawl came around, these were the three most popular decks on the site. They most certainly are no longer the best decks to play right now, but it's fun to reflect on past decks!

Discuss this Week's Brawl
Head on over to our Brawl Forums to discuss this week's brawl in the dedicated forum thread.
I really really tried to play this shit for my daily quest. That was a mistake.
" your deck building prowess will be tested!" noop, everyone still netdecks
I used a basic control warrior build and it went pretty well
just to let you know: unfortunately, the discover-effects from cards like Primordial Glyph seem to ignore the brawl-rules, which could end in facing cards like Ice Block. this has happended to me yesterday
No, they don't ignore the brawl rules...
Rules:
"Your deck building prowess will be tested: You may only use spells with an even cost; you may only use minions with an odd attack! Build a deck and fight for the Stone of Challenge!"
The rules only say you can't use these cards while building your deck ;)
That's why discover cards and cards like Renounce Darkness are so good and fun to play :)
well, my statement is still correct, that discover ignores the brawl-rules. maybe the word "ignore" isn´t right, but i am not a native speaker. and as i pointed out: i just wanted to let people know about the fact, that you can discover spells with non-even (odd) mana-costs
Is ok bro thx for the tip, now we can expect other cards to see in the brawn, and you also shouldn't apologize for learning a language.
I really love to play Renounce Darkness in this brawl <3<3
If you draw it it's just so much fun xD
Normally I don't play Wild, because I have almost none of the old cards, but with this card you get a whole random wild deck xD
I also play Prince Malchezaar and Elise the Trailblazer in my deck to add more randomness ^^
I just love the Knife Juggler on both warlock and hunter recommended list, guess you guys miss the old juggler with 3/2 stats eh?
9-1 with demon/zoolock. No epics or legendaries. Only lose was to a Deathrattle priest that curved out into a T10 nzoth.
This is a very accessible brawl for anyone who can construct a half decent deck and I don't mean cars quality...
I recommed to try out my taunt warrior, it works quite nice even without a few key cards.
Just played an expensive inspire Razakus deck against a guy who only played basic cards. He probably needed the pack more than me, and I regret not conceding against the guy. :(
Liar
Why on earth would I lie about that?
Sometimes I wonder if they design tavern brawl "restrictions" exclusively AROUND mage cards.
Mage still has tons of their standard burn cards (frost bolt, fireball, and of course they need Blizzard and Meteor too) and a lot of their normal minions available.
It would be so much fun if they would have a brawl once where Mage would not be the go-to class.
Playing secret hunter, because it is almost unaffected by the rules change, while most of the opposing decks do
1st try won with autofill mage, lul
Vegan brawl. ResidentSleeper
Shitty brawl for standard-only players.
How is it for standard only players?
"All cards available to the Wild format may be used for your deck."
