Woo! This weekend is home to the European Summer Playoffs! The top 64 players in the region from HCT points, and 8 from the past Tavern Hero event, are competing for $25,000 and a chance to go to the Summer Championship later this year in October.

EU Summer Playoffs Format

The format hasn't changed from the Spring Playoffs.

  • All matches will be using the Standard Format.
  • All matches will be played with the Best of 5 Conquest Format.
  • Each player gets to ban 1 opponent deck.
  • All players are seeded into a Swiss bracket with 7 rounds of play.
  • Top 8 Swiss advance to a Single Elimination Bracket.
  • Top 4 from SE advance to the Summer Championship.
