Get a Free Frozen Throne Pack Today? You Were Bugged!
If you logged in to Hearthstone today and received a free card pack from outside the game, this was due to you not receiving a Legendary within your first ten packs of the set but instead received it on your eleventh. This offering should bring your pity timer back to the correct place it should be.

Posted Aug 23, 2017 (Frozen Throne)The normal pity timer is 40 packs, and separate for each type of pack with no expiration date on it. The pity timer referred to in this bug is the 10 pack timer you get when you start a new set.

Posted Aug 22, 2017 (Frozen Throne)If you completely base the calculation on pity timer, then you should be getting 4 legendaries and 12 epics for the 125 packs you've opened. One compulsory legendary every 40 packs and one epic every 10 packs. However, adding the luck factor to it, i'm assuming that you could have at least gotten 7-8 legendaries.

Posted Aug 24, 2017 (Frozen Throne)For every ex, in the first 10packs you open you will get 1 legendary for sure. Normaly averege drop for pack is 20packs 1 legendary, but you will get a legendary in the 40packs for sure. If you open more packs the bigger change for a legendary, but every person has different luck, cuz normaly in 1 pack drops 1 legendary, the rarest pack that had been open is 4 legendary's in one, but we have only 1 pack that's was 4 legendary in it. Normaly with bit luck you can get up to 10 legendary's in 100 pack, but for sure you will get 3 minimum in those 100packs. In my case for un'goro i had 40-45 packs, 4 legendary's and 1 of them was golden. In Grand i had 200 packs 10 legendary's, GVG 30packs 0 legendary's, Classic packs 300 or more packs 15-20 legendary's, Old gods 100 packs 4-5 legendary and Gadgetsan 100-105 packs 3 legendary's. And at the new one 12 packs 2 legendary's, so it's more to luck then to packs counts.

i did get a pack and i can tell you i didnt get 5 legs in it lul .

Posted Aug 22, 2017 (Frozen Throne)you were only guaranteed a legendary on your 10th pack the very first time (assuming you didn't get one on your 1-9 packs). after that the guaranteed legendary timer ticks up to 40 packs
