Rotface seems like a lot of fun. He's everything Confessor Paletress wasn't - defensively stated, activated by board-effecting cards like Whirlwind that you actually want to play, and able to be activated on curve with his cost (through cards like Animated Berserker and Blood Razor). Random legendary cards aren't always good, so he may not be super powerful (especially in wild), but he'll certainly be fun in some goofy Blood Warriors/Sudden Genesis decks.
Mage spell is decent in arena, but I don't really see it in constructed. I don't know what about Rotface, but I definitely try it, can be funny.
Because of some folks here, i'll bet my entire collection on the fact that Rotface will completly sucks.So if i lose, i'll disenchant all my cards and delete hs.

And how exactly will screenshots prevent you from saying “fuu, this card is not used in every Warrior deck, it sucks!” (or “fuu, this card was not used in every Warrior deck at X tournament, it sucks!” etc.) after expansion goes live?

I hope we like silence cards. Because these reveals are how we get silence back in the meta.
Except the total number of silence cards is still very small (11 in total if I remember correctly). That's counting the ones that are unplayably bad and the 2 in wild btw. Only 2 general silences (iron beak and spell breaker), and only priest, shaman, and druid have anything in their classes. Now taking transform effects like hex and devolve into account, it's still only 5 more effects (and I'm counting Tinkmaster and potion of polymorph here >_> ). People keep saying "oh silence is coming back, silence will counter x hard and make it unplayable" after the past 2 expansions. Guess what, they were wrong both times >_>. Not because they were wrong that silence is good against these effects, but because they didn't understand we have so few sources of silence/transform effects. Now if you wanna say "this will bring Shaman and Priest into the front to counter this" sure I can get behind that. Unless they introduce a bunch of new all-purpose silence this expansion (they won't), then we won't see much more silence than we saw in the previous expansion.
I want a blizzard HQ show that is like "The office".

It would not be class restricted, as 'Summon a random legendary' is not a mechanic worthy of such a restriction.
It is the same as confessor paletress just with a different trigger (Inspire vs 'When this minion survives damage')

Eh, Rotface is kind of cool but not really something I'd want in Warrior. He may see some play at some point though.
Turn 7, equip Blood Razor and attack once (You also have mana for a Tentacle of N'Zoth after Blood Razor, and before the next two minions). Then play two Animated Berserker. Sure, one of them will be a 1/2 and will probably not survive, but this is ~dream~ scenario. 3 Minions on board.
Turn 8, play Rotface, 4 Minions on board. Get 2 Legendaries from Animated Berserker. 6 Minions on board. Attack again with weapon. ToZ and one AB dies, but also summons 2 Legendaries. 6 Minions on board. Rotface is now 4/2. Get a 5th Legendary if Rotface has a 1 attack minion to hit, 7 Minions on board.
Turn 9, if Rotface is somehow still miracoulously alive at this point, all kinds of shenanigans can happen (Corpse Raiser), and even if it doesn't, you'd have random Legendaries that you might be able to re-purpose from your hand (Blood Warriors) or simply duplicate them (Sudden Genesis) because some of them will be damaged from either the ToZ or the Blood Razor.
You could also set it up differently, and pretend to play some sort of "Enrage/Zoo" Warrior with Val'kyr Soulclaimer instead of the Blood Razor on Turn 7. And then on Turn 8, same as above. You could set up this fake out with Necrotic Geist on Turn 6 (Granted you have some board presence).
Note: Animated Berserker only triggers after you Play something, not when you Summon something.
Sadly only minion, not character... well in some point its advantage (cant hit hero as a bad spot in moment when you want to stop big guy) on the other hand its limited as card that helps to survive, not as other dmg spells that can be used BOTH as survival or removal... but for one mana? it can see play as one-off in some freeze mage versions, mby even in gunther mage... its not good card for hard controll or for aggro, but interesting idea that can see play, as i already said
