blood mage thalnos deathspeaker defile OP O_O
I mean I know what you mean but... first off your playing warlock so card draw won't be as big of a problem and the combo can also be broken by just using defile and thalnos so its good against aggro also its one mana less which is a pretty big deal so you can pair it up with something like kabal courier on turn ten and also have a thalnos still on board as a threat your opponent has to get rid of. Second off it isnt as slow as twisting so you could draw it in your mulligan hand and it wouldnt be as horrible. Lastly its just pretty versatile.
Pair this up with Giant sand worm and you got a bored clear
people are talking about how this is worse than divine shield
as if it matters
as if there's a neutral minion that gives you divine shield
and even better, cause the inmune prevents deathrattle damage
At first thought, this seemed extremely good.
On second thought, it's probably worse than Argent Protector since the shield only lasts 1 turn.
immune =/= stealth
The auctioneer would only be immune on your turn.. Your opponent would just kill it their turn
we need general vezax: next yogg you play is immune until the end of turn :P
RIP Stable Master
So you play this with Antonidas right? then get a ton of fireballs next turn.
He thought that Deathspeaker grants a minion immune for the rest of the game.
It looks powerful, but in constructed it is still too generic a card to occupy a deck slot.
It can work as a filler for some budget decks tho.
If I am not wrong immune this turn is strictly worse than giving a minion divine shield we got Argent Protector in paladin that currently see no play (might see this expansion) this card won't see much play, but it's strong in arena cause it's sort of a neutral version of Argent Protector while trading which is how argent protector is usually used in arena.
How is that?
Strictly better means it's better in literally every situation. Divine Shield only makes you immune for one hit. If you can take damage multiple times in one turn, Divine Shield is clearly not better, so Divine Shield is not strictly better.
WIndfury is an example where Divine Shield is not better. AOE spells that do damage on all minions are another example. An extreme example is Volcano, where Divine Shield only protects from one of probably many hits.
in Arena, its preeeeetttyyy goooood
