Huge buff to evolve
So I'm thinking Totems + double evolve from Thrall, Deathseer = Drakkari Defender & fun times

So if they keep revealing non freezing cards, freeze shaman won't be a thing, atleast not with the cards they have revealed so far. I hope the two missing cards have to do something with freeze.
They allways can add more cards in the future, like they did all the time.
Most of the freeze cards I've seen I think will see play. Probably not the weapon. I dunno about the legendary. I imagine there's probably a fair few neutral freeze cards, though.
Yet another card that showcases how this game's community doesn't know how to evaluate Overload cards....
Finders Keepers is 2 mana!
Drakkari Defender is 6 mana!
Flamewreathed Faceless is a 4 mana 7/7 guys!
You guys are calling this card crap because it's bad in one matchup. One. The Matchup against the class that you're all complaining "isn't getting ANY good cards this time around".
6 mana, because 4+2=6
there is a huge difference - te statline.
Flamewreathed Faceless gives you huge tempo for 4 mana, while only overloading you for 2. So, in effect, you net a 7/7 for 6, which is above average, playable on turn 4! Thats insane.
Now you have Drakkari Defender. The only way to get value out of it against aggro is, coining it at turn 2. Why? Because otherwise your opponent has a 4/3. Since the defender has only 2 attack, the opponent is able to trade the 4/3er with your Drakkari over 2 turns. You can't put anything out but 1 mana cards - if you had a lightning bolt, you would have used it against the 4/3er instead of the defender, and earthshock is most of the times too valuable.
Even then, 2 attack does not allow you to kill of a 2/3 or 1/3 in control decks. Especially priest will laugh at you for playing it, with Northshire Cleric, Potion of Madness, Shadow Word Pain, etc. A 3/7 would have worked wonders in most of these cases.
Then look at the stats per mana. You get 10 stats, which is below average for a 5 mana card. Adding taunt into it makes it a normal 5 mana card. Is the slight gain in tempo really worth 1 mana? Especially since this card is a defensive one?
It should be either 2 mana / 3 overload, 3 mana / 2 overload, or a 3/8. At the very least they could have made it into a 3/7....
All in all, a rather bad card, sadly :/
Just like Earth Elemental, this is FANTASTIC if you get it from an evolve. A 2 mana drop into this, no overload. Yes please.
But playing from hand, the overload might be way too punishing to play on curve. Too many early game counters.
IF played at turn 3... the card reads: 3mana, Taunt 2/8 "Skip your next turn"
Finders Keepers, 1 mana deal 3 dmg spell, 1 mana 2/2 heal both players 4. You are gonna use this in control anyway..

so slow card reveal... no date of the expansion... blizzard disappointing
I'm pretty happy with this card. In wild it synergizes nicely with Tunnel Trogg, and in standard it acts as a minor nerf on Stonehill Defender in Shaman. (Yes, Stonehill Defender is often more powerful in Paladin, but in Shaman it still had very good synergies with Elemental, Token, and even value-heavy Spirit Echo builds.)
