I like this card, it's slow but playable at least as a 1-off.
Priest is my favorite class and I am always happy when they get good cards.
And not to forget: finally a counter for Spikeridged Steed in arena ;-)
How this card will perform depends on the meta.
After you cast this spell, opponent can still silence, trade off or return the minion to their hands.
Silence and return mechanics aren't so common in the current meta. And if you use the card properly, trade off can also be avoided.
The downside is that your opponent can attack the next turn before you gain control of the minion, and when you do get control of it, you cannot immediately attack with it.
So I do not think this card will be used against high attack minions. Most of the time Shadow Word: Death will still be your answer.
The most common way I can think of is to use it again some crazy value minions such as Tirion Fordring or Cairne Bloodhoof, or use it again high health 4 attack minions which in this meta is Primordial Drake.

so: turn 6 you play this, turn 7 you steal minion, turn 8 you can use it. - looks kinda slow
See it this way, turn 6 you entomb it, turn seven you draw it for 0 and change the battlecry to "draw a card". this shit is Bonkers! BONKERS I TELL YOU!
Pretty sure you can attack with it on turn 7 once you take control of it. Not positive on that though. If you have to wait til next turn (8) to use it, then it's definitely too slow.

If you have stolen opponent's minion, then he need to trade another his minion in to "former his" minion that you have stolen. More comprehensive that way? I didn't mean trading with your board..
They probably wanted to give a tool similar to entomb but they failed hard. Entomb was a hard removal for 5 mana and adding card to your deck for 1 mana but this is curse that makes the minion yours instead of killing it and even the board clear version of curse sucks so this card will also suck

Might be a good meme with those freezing elementals to prevent the opponent from suiciding their minion
Reagarding that by turn 6 control priest usually doesn't have large board (or maybe even can afford to have none at all), so this card can be playable as unevitable removal. How can opponent trade large minion, if you haven't any minions at all, or just keeping a Cleric on a board.
Pretty decent effect for reasonable cost. Every priest game is slow, and with Entomb you were obliged to draw and then to play stolen minion later (paying mana cost), and with this one you can potentialy avoid spending mana... Idk, doesn't seem that awful like in comments below...

Why are you all comparing this to Mind Control?
This is way more similar to Sylvanas Windrunner than it is to Mind Control.
Has its pros and has its cons but they surely are similar.
Aggro be like "Cool, I have one more turn of attack."
Priest be like "Dragonfire potion" "Circle of healing+embrace shadow" "Pryomancer" "Spirit slash" "Holy nova"
