I want to see priest hero card, art looks awesome

Does that mean the hero cards will not be OP or as strong as some people think because of arena balance. Because if it too strong I will might throw arena balance off. Maybe 🤔

I do not think that iis going to be like that there have always been powerful legendaries in the Arena like Jaraxxus or Tirion but since the Chance of getting them is pretty low I do not think it will be that impactful. Powerful basic , commons and rares (especially class Cards) are very impactful because you will see them way more often.

Ah, okay. Hard to feel something about this news when I don't even know what the other DK cards do. Nvm the fact that arena is based on tempo and every DK we have seen so far seems to scream control.

i just have a question, will the alternative heroes have a DK form with the Hero card?, or playing as Medivh, the hero becomes Jaina?

No, they said that since it's a transformation like Lord Jaraxxus it's only Basic heroes.

What is he talking about - finding Ragnaros or Sylvanas in arena? That is impossible after.

Yeah, his response was very odd... Didn't really understand what he was saying. A simple "yes" would've sufficed.

I agree with them that it's much more important for the cards to stay consistent. Also: they would be making even more work for themselves every time they print a new alt hero.

Yeah two more illustrations, a ton of work for a little company like Blizzard :/

thats because in the Hearthstone universe only the original cast became DKs.. and thats what youre playing...youre playing a Hero from the story of the expansion, and not a card that says " turn your current hero into a death knight"

But what about the heroes they didn't even release yet? Each time they released a hero they'd have to make a new DK as well, even long after KotFT be gone. I do agree that it totally ruins the immersion but I must admit that it's hard to find a consistent solution for that. Maybe the DKs should've been more like Jaraxxus and be alternate characters taking over your hero in order to preserve the consistency rather than alternate versions of the existing basic heroes. Idk

I should say, that its not just few illustrations. 

When you drawing something like rag or sylvanas, you already know every god damn detail of her armor, bow and etc. 

But in case of this death knight cards, you need to concept it first, and its really hard honestly. 

+8 more new concepts and even more, if any new other skins coming - a lot. 

I mean, blizzard could make something like this, but does anyone need it so much?

you don't think about future? about new alt heroes? new mechanics? doing what You want is making a weak spot in system. Want to play DK legendary - play as basic hero. something else - alt hero

Also pretty big miss on an opportunity to promote and actually sell those alternate heroes ... oh well :X
