Frozen Throne Mage, Paladin, and Warlock Legendary Death Knight Leaks!
Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that these cards have not officially been unveiled by Blizzard and thus may not be accurate.
In a video sourced from @Jejedge on Twitter thanks to this reddit post, we've got a lead on where the wonderful Jaina Proudmore is headed as a Death Knight. The video which was displayed came from a french mobile ad campaign which appears to have gone live early.
We've verified that the card text matches up with how French text is normally written on Hearthstone cards. No Hero Power has yet been spotted.
Warlock and Paladin Legendaries
Although we don't know the names or effects of these two, it looks like Uther and Gul'dan will be 9 and 10 mana respectively.
What kind of effects do you think they might have? So far we've seen beast synergy through Deathstalker Rexxar and now Elemental synergy through Frost Lich Jaina.
Video Screenshots
We've saved some stills from the video in case it gets taken down.

This is almost certainly fake. The art looks like nothing we've seen in promotions or even any card currently in the game. Looks more like something out of Magic.
She has a streak of purple hair in the promotional art, nothing like that here.
hero power = ice block, the dream
Flare and Eater of Secrets meta PogChamp
this can ONLY work on a slower meta, and it still looks too much to lose an whole turn on this. I assume that the hero power will cost 2, so playing this card makes it impossible to use the hero power unless you got a coin stuck at your hand.
that said, if the hero power is really game changing, maybe this card can fit on a control quest deck or rely on ice block to flip the table. I don't know, I was hoping for something better... it doesn't seem to fit to have a tribal elemental mage deck with cards to trigger your quest just to play around this card. but still, maybe the hero power will be "freeze all opponent minions" or some crazy shit like that.
Sorry but freeze all enemies or something of the sort would just be outright boring XD. Hope it's something new to keep it fresh.
Anyway, you can play this on turn 9 with the hero power, just use one of the best TGT cards Fencing Coach, it works with playing it right before Jaraxxus too and i'll personally be using it a lot with this expansion if the DKs are any good XD.
this is on the same level as Jaraksus so it would see play for sure.
if it isn't fake, we will have a 10 mana hero card for warlock, wich will probably have some crazy effect but no meta use.
Stupid card with ugly art work. Good thing it's fake!
Didn't they mention that all the hero cards would have a battlecry, give some armour and change your hero power? If so this is definetly fake
Card and false art and very different from the one presented
Fake, beggining for the name, as a wow player all lich references are frost, some of them uses unholy magic and rare of them arcane magic assuming that putting the word "Frost" as a name is a bad move, in all my encounters with lich type mobs at wow they use frost spells, looking closer Jainas looks like a banshee in my experience all LICH are skeleton raised,
Regards
I just hope this card is a fake. Since this expansion will probably bring more undead than elementals i hope the hero-card for Jaina will be something different. Undead will be somewhat new and refreshing to the game (haha Naxx). Last time i checked elemental mage didn't have any kind of advantage over just playing elemental shaman. Next to that i also don't like the art for this card for some reason.
Update:
If you look closely to the border surrounding the picture of Jaina you can see its not going straight down parallel to the picture itself. Rexxar's card did actually have this feature.
I see what you mean. Still hoping for this to be a fake since it's elemental related. I want Un'Goro to be special by being unique with their elementals in the set. Just as much as i hope we wil see new Undead in the upcoming expansion (Maybe even an Undead tag with older cards getting it as well. Just like Pirates and Elementals.)
IMO the good thing about the elemental synergy from Ungoro was that it wasn't restricted to just one set (like C'thun or Jade), that way you can continue to develop synergies simply by adding more cards with that tribal tag. Having a mechanic restricted to one set like you say you want for Elementals is a type of design that other card game communities call "parasitic" and it's widely regarded as bad design.
