Is there a time limit for using the arena tickets or can I save them?

here's no time limit that I know of, unless a bug happens and wipes out all of your free tickets.

5-3 without a single spell is great. I've gone 5-3 with really good decks and 12 wins with crappy ones. Sometimes RNGsus just isn't on your side.

Walked right into the Arena.
Went 12-2. (1st time ever)

When does it start to throw free arena runs on me? Or have it already started without me being rewarded? :D

It says it is going to be every week for three weeks since The Knights of the Frozen throne has started. I guess I was confused as we are still on Ragnaros midsummer fire festival that is the problem. Not going to be wasting anymore gold on The Arena.

Hum... Now, the arena popularity dropped down for this event? But... FREE REWARDS!!!

Has this started yet? I purchased a run and right after I got a message saying I have a free arena credit... My friend has not received this message and is waiting impatiently and I still have not finished my purchased run (currently 6-0) and I cannot answer if I will have the credit once it is done... Can anyone confirm that they have received theirs?

Maybe this was a glitch since online it seems to suggest that it will start on July 19th

Your first arena run is always free.

They said in a post that it counts your best consecutive 30 arena runs so don't worry.

This is more of me rambling on and on about is it worth it. Long story shortened I think it is worth it.  

Hopefully it is play 3 games and not play 3 runs. 

If it is 3 games then the free arena run should count and you get the free pack.

If it is 3 runs then i would not even bother running them since even if you get one run free you still have to pay for the other 2 runs which alone is 300 gold. The only way that one should run this is if they consistently get more than 5 wins ( I think 5 wins is the get even point in paying for arena if I remember correctly) which well be worth. 

In the end after looking at everything again if you don't do great in arena then only do the first free arena run since unless they change or add more free runs you will have to pay for the last 2 runs if the quest is play 3 games. If you do have to pay for the last 2 runs then that is 300 gold that you could spend on the new packs. But I guess you could look at it as play 3 arena games for 50 gold and get a free new expansion pack and a random pack from finishing the arena run plus 20-30 gold/dust.

so I guess it is worth it to get all 3 free packs since it gives you a free run for a free pack and you have to pay for 2 more runs for 300 gold which is already 3 packs but with the runs you get 3 more packs and that will give you more dust to craft new cards with.

Arena rewards you with stuff good for constructed because it makes the game more f2p friendly. Spending 150 gold will at first be very painful, but once players learn their way around arena they can quickly start turning profits by getting decent winrates. I can see that you're not a very big fan of arena, but I assure you, if blizzard were to give out better rewards from constructed play then almost nobody except for the hardcore arena players like Kripp would ever touch arena again.

That's making the assumption that almost no one likes arena though, which is untrue. The fact that they have a way they enjoy to get good rewards is why they play arena, but if there were no point in playing it anymore, there'd be plenty of people who would stop because it's basically pointless by then.
