For all you kids about to go to marketing school, learn this: offering all you clients the same opportunities is bad, what you have to do is select some countries that will eventually get something extra and some that will never get anything someone else isn't getting.

That's how you make your clients around the world know just how much you value them, you selectively treat some of them like shit.

Blizz should make it a 'for sale' hero in China, for charity, like they did here. That would be fair.

What about new players who want an opportunity to obtain Khadgar? New players may want to purchase him too if he is not free, which logically speaking he would not be in the event that he reappears.

An item's exclusivity is a measure of its rarity and value, so it's natural that those who bought Khadgar earlier wouldn't like for a free release such that everyone would have it. Then again, if Blizzard did offer him once more, he would likely not be free as he is in China as that voids the exclusivity aspect and also loses out on potential revenue. New players, Blizzard, the WWF (or another good cause) and those with regrets are then all winners.

Personally I'd rather pay $5.00 for the hero than have to waste my time with playing Heroes of the Derp.

And I'd personally would rather play HotS for about 30-40min than waste 5$ for a skin

Personally I'd rather play Heroes of the Storm than play Hearthstone when I have the time.  I don't need a HS hero or Overwatch skin to motivate me.

You're being very optimistic on game time. On average games can take 30 to 40 minutes. I value my time over money. 

They they have either fixed matchmaking or you are playing LOL/DOTA.  I've had very few matches go up to 40 minutes and I've been playing since beta.  League is between 30-40 and DOTA is like 40+.  If you think a HOTS match is long than mobas aren't for you.

Assuming that Tyrande and Lyadrin appeared on all HS servers accounts - this will bring Khadgar to all servers accounts too, so its a good news.

Also i playing Hots and can say that winning 5 games with (random) friend against lowest level bots is a 30-min deal.

Since it was not available in the previous promotion, I'm cool with China getting Khadgar. I don't want him to return worldwide because it was for charity, a good cause. It would only be fair to return as a charity event, again.

It was available for charity on iOS devices, afaik. It would cool to open it for all platforms including PC and Android.

I don't know if you know how to read, but it's said in the article that Kadghar wasn't available in China during the promotion event in April 2016 so what's wrong with giving them the opportunity to get him? Stop crying like a baby and learn how to read ffs.
