Shouldn't a big dumb guy like this be a rare or epic at most?
I will feel pretty cheated if this turns out to be playable and I have to burn 1600 dust for a pile of stats
since it'll likely still be on the board... menagerie warden next turn?
This is a Devilsaur that can be found in Netherstorm. So not is it not even from Un'goro, the art doesn't look like a Devilsaur either. Impressive.
There's actually both a Tyrantus in Netherstorm, and one in Un'Goro

But, yes I agree that it looks nothing like either of those two.
I stand corrected. Should've done more than 10 seconds of research. This makes Blizzard even seem lazier, giving different NPCs the same name.
Unless this synergizes with the Druid Quest, it's not playable.
If the Druid quest reward is something like "All Beasts in your deck gain Adapt x 2", or if there's a Druid epic like "All Beats in your hand gain adapt" (or even better - taunt), then I could see this played. If it can somehow reliably get taunt, it's good.
nice! that is one of the best effects you can put on a body like that
Card is good, art is poor rap mode arrrrr!
I feel like the quest will be... mmm... something related with Beasts, and will give something like "Whenever you play a minion, adapt it twice, so that is why this card looks boring/underpowered.
The only deck i see this being played is in wild with ancestors call Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound deck. where you either get to pull it from your hand for 4 mana early in the game and cause your opponent poop their pants or Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound pulls it out for free so they have a 10/10 and 12/12 that cant be sheeped which will probably win you the game.
ok this is a druid card soooo it will never see play hahaha. Maybe you could forgoten king and play this on the same turn which would be sick but still not that great. maybe in wild with avila.
Ancestor's Call is a shaman class card IIRC. You are only left with Y'Shaarj, Aviana or Astral Communion.
Damn now you edited your mistake so I have to edit so I don't look like I can't read.
I like it a lot, honestly, and makes things like Madam Goya and Y'sharaaj pretty appealing. And it could be pretty awesome in Jade, personally, if you already have a strong board on turn 10 and tons of ramp.
My biggest issue is this card, right after a blogpost on how much thought went into the art. This could be the art of one of hunter's one-drop raptors. This is just a blue lizard. There's nothing about this that says 10-drop, 12/12, Druid, or Legendary. Like, this feels like a fake leaked card's art. Feels kinda underwhelming?
Well, here is hope that Druid quest is awesome. Because this card sucks.
At 10 mana you can play a minio that will:
- resurrect deathrattles that you would play anyways probably and get a full board of strong shit OR
- play a minion that will cast a shit ton of random spells and likely to clear the board entirely OR
- play a minion that will just destroy everything period OR
- play a minion that costs nothing essentially orgive you 10 extra health even above 30 OR
......
........
.......
- or you can play this..........
......yeah.............
You can summon this from YShaarj, or play together with Kun.
Or you can play jade idol and get the same stats anyway
what a waste
At this point I cant tell one dinosaur from another.. They are too many and too similar.
Well at least this one doesn't start with King or Queen. So that's different.
Next dinosaur will be King of Kings, Queen Rampage or something.
