Blizzard made a card for Trolden, how cool is that!:D
Priests are the reason I regret crafting a golden Tirion because it's the too most stolen card I use. And now they get to steal more :(
i will take [what's in my opponent's deck] for 500, Alex
Cant tell if its gonna see play in constructed,but...
In arena, this will probably be the 2nd best Epic for Priest.
Why? Because you get in the confortable position to find out,if your opponent has OP cards or not.
Lets say,you get to choose between 1 good and 2 bad cards. You either get the good card or the opponent has 1 of the bad ones in the deck.
Its effect only starts to be complicated, when you get served 3 good class cards, which is REALLY rare on all classes altogether and even then you got a 1/3 chance to get a copy of those in your hand.
Not only that, but being able to find out,if a mage has a Flamestrike in your deck for example is some valuable information in arena.
New archetype: Guess Priest
Well this card certainly is strong. Getting an almost free card (3 mana 3/3 isn't full stats) that is very likely a class card (as confirmed by Mike Donais) just for being aware of the meta seems a bit on the OP side, but we'll have to wait and see I guess.
Blizzard also gave this card to Silvername LUL
Firebat posted his video 1 minute later.
Hey guys! This is Firebat, welcome to my special Journey to [UN-GA-ROO] card reveal!
Are we sure it's a priest card? It's not overstat'd. Not even vanilla + effect.
Obviously a rogue card.
For sure it will slow the meta even more
Doubt it but it might discourage the use of netdecks or compel people to run random tech cards to mess with people
I am G(limmer)root.
We have an update about the card's effect: it will show ONLY class cards unless your opponent didn't have any (Source).
Interesting mechanic - it is at its strongest with open decklists, might be good at rank 5+ but it powers down at lower ranks and obviously arena.
A decent benchmark though is Draconid Operative. That is overstatted and gives you a choice, this one is understatted and gives you a random card (on the generous assumption that you can guess right most of the time). In control vs aggro, a random card is quite possibly a brick, and meanwhile the 3/3 on turn 3 is going to lose tempo. So, I don't think it's good enough. At 3/4 and without the gimmick (i.e. guaranteed card) it would have been very solid.
well in arena there are cards that you would never pick in your draft as well because they are trash so I think this can actually make sense in arena too
also might give you some information on what to look out for in your opponent's deck, say your choices will be two garbage cards and one that makes sense, you will obviously pick the one that makes sense and if you don't get it you'll know that your opponent is either a noob or has a shit deck
You may be right but I'm glad it's not another overpowered auto-include whilst having a super interesting mechanic.
Favorite card from the set so far, though maybe it's tied with Elise the Trailblazer.
People, What a "card started in my opponent's deck" means? Why "started" - what does it mean? Does it mean that this card which I have to guess is opposed to cards which were added to the opponent's deck during this game (through reveal e.g.)?
Which 2 other cards will be shown - random or only from the opponent's deck?
Also? "get" - does it mean I get the card directly into my hand or shuffle into my deck?
