the good thing is that takes 2 low cost cards from your deck that you don't want to draw in the middle/late game, increasing the chances to get what you want

this card is good because it prevents you draw shit 1 drops in the late game.

 I have to be honest, i don't understand why people think this card is bad. its a hunter card that draws 2 cards, and hunter really needs card draw.  I think this card is amazing for hunter.

Having this card in the deck means you can run 6-8  1 drops. Securing some early game and after that remove the rest from the deck with this card. Making your late game better.

Rexxar looks like Batman too. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Hold on, this card is actually okay in Arena! It pulls out the rest of your weak drops if you didn't draw them. That way its increasing the chance of better draws for midrange decks!

It doesn't have any synergy, but that kind of impact on a 3/5 for 5 is value!

Those are some weak sauce stats for 5 mana. Can't see this getting play over Rhino, which at least gives you Beast synergy.
