Granted that discover is only in your class, what will this do for, say, a priest who converts it?

Only real downside of this is that it is in fact a Murloc. Pulling this with Finja seems pretty awkward. 

But you don't really pull that many minion cards from your deck right in to play right now. It's Goya and pretty much nothing else. But like Sleepy said, with the murlocs you usually have in your deck when playing Finja isn't exactly any Battlecry minions. But with this one not only would Finja often pull a minion without aura buffs or charge, you would also loose the only thing that make that murloc worth playing.

But with Any Fin gone from standard I don't see paladin keep using murlocs as a win condition anymore.

Well yes, with this growing "water" version of classes sure, but I was more refering to this new card together with the Finja combo.

I mean, like it is right now then Paladin won't use any other Murloc in that deck just because it breaks the Anyfin Combo and I don't think this new one and the Murloc buffer is going to see play in the same deck as any potential Finja deck. Besides if this new Paladin quest is anything good to have then even Finja will probably not see to much play in the class again since the spots needed to clear the requirement will go to those cards. 

Paladin and to some extent Mage don't really have that many options besides the basic auto includes to make different decks unless you go for a specific theme like Dearthrattle and Handbuff. But hey, we will just have to see what is going to happen with more revealed cards and the release of the expansion.

Cool. But I wish it was a mage minion. 

If we are going to give mage another card that works really well in secret decks then we might as well rename the expansion to something more fitting, like "Blizzard Didn't Learn It's Lesson After Releasing Mysterious Challenger".

a Murloc that studies water lol, in terms of the card, not terrible for the fact that Murlocs that give you value are pretty good 

Girloc is best waifu.

Also, this might not be as bad if you consider that getaway kodo and Redemption exist, which can be pretty good in a murloc deck.

Hell, you might not even want to put this in a secret deck, just put it in any minion -focussed deck so you can have some flexibility.

Good stats for 2 mana drop.
