There has been some talk about making changes to arena, more spells, using the standard card pool, etc., but has there been any discussion about allowing players to re-pick some of their selections? For example; If I pick a card with dragon synergy early, but end up with no other dragon options I think it would be good to be able to select a replacement card and be able to do that for up to three picks of the same rarity level.
Its impossible bc of the arena draft system. Just google it
when will it end?
Will there be any rewards for obtaining all 9 gold hero portraits? (Ex: Diamond heroes)
Why the hate of all the combo decks?
Is Blizzard trying to stamp out an archetype from Hearthstone?
Well rouge got to keep auctioneer for some reason, so it appears that miracle is the closest thing to combo that they are OK with.
I've heard at least one pro streamer (Kripp) suggest that players who do not yet have the cards that will move to the Hall of Fame should now craft them (preferably golden), get the full dust refund when the season rolls over, and then either kee the effectively free card or disenchant it for even more dust.
That makes sense and is very enticing for my F2P account. But before I sink my dust in this, I would like to receive official confirmation that this is fair use of the game mechanic. It it is seen as abusing a mechanic to gain an unfair advantage and potentially even punished, I will not do so.
Can we get official confirmation from Blizzard as to whether this is allowed or not?
Thanks!
You are not abusing anything. Blizzard WANT you to be happy so they are giving you some free stuff. It's the same as saying that getting packs from Tavern Brawls is abusing the mechanic. They hope that you will keep the cards and play Wild but they are ok if you disenchant them even after the dust refund.
Amazingly you can craft them and then d/e them after the patch. Personally with them moving the reward cards like Gelbin Mekkatorque being moved to the HoF, I was surprised that they'll be disenchantable - especially with them being pulled from the Classic packs. Its the best move for the player base - especially with the f2p players, and they will get major points for this single move.
With the upcoming changes to Standard - specifically the stops at Rank 20, 15, 10, and 5 - would you guys consider making quests exclusive to ladder/arena? I like to play fun and weird decks in casual, but it's no fun at all running into a majority of Pirate Warrior, Pirate Shaman, Dragon Priest, Jade Shaman, etc. With the new stops on ladder, there's more of a safety net for players who have quests for classes which they don't have fully competitive decks for, and less reason for them to burden the casual scene with. Please consider!
I doubt they'll do this, but there's always http://www.vicioussyndicate.com/
Please send them a question about Tyrande. I didn't scum my way into getting her and now I am feeling punished for that.
Why isnt there much about the Void in the last adventures and expansions of 2016? You should give us more minions from that world. :)
My questions:
- What about missions in expansions? are they like mini adventures? rewards included?
- Are the 3 expansions of 2017 going to be linked each other or totally differents?
- Will you consider to give all classes some tools to face aggro/jade decks?
- What's the future for dragons in 2017?
- Why Mammoth? Is this the year of beasts?
- Any chance to increase the rate to get golden cards? At least for common or rare cards.
Can you gives us some insight on how the testing process works for new content, and would you ever consider some type of public test server to get feedback on new content from the customer player base before it is released?
A lot of people believe that Hearthstone is getting a little stale and new expansions do not bring the meta changes they are looking for. What is Blizzard going to do this year to shake things up and hopefully make Hearthstone more interesting?
Is it safe to disenchant extra cards after the next patch, or is there a chance of additional nerfs/refunds in April on top of the imminent nerf to Small-Time Buccaneer?
Considering it took 6.5 months to nerf Spirt Claws and Shaman was the best deck from April till December, and is now the second best deck. You will be lucky to see another round of nerfs in June.
Best deck in Jan-Feb also (actually best 2 decks between aggro and mid-jade) but we'll see if Shaman loses its grip after the nerfs.
My question basically is, do we have the complete list of Feb/Apr nerfs or not?
