Hearthstone China Releases Personalized Yearly Stats, And They're Kind Of Awesome
It looks like Hearthstone players in the East have received some fun personalized stats based on their gameplay from the last year. This comes to us after the recent release of the Hearthstone China Tournament Mode App, the basic stats and achievements app they introduced last year, and China's unique Arena reward structure. Oh yeah, and this was also done back in 2015.
Below you can find the stats Hearthstone China shared with its players, and some screenshots courtesy of /u/chillybright on reddit, the origin of the information found in this article - thanks!
If you have a Hearthstone China account, we're told you find your own stats by visiting this webpage.
The Personal Stats
- The number of days you played Hearthstone in 2016, as a percentile of all players.
- The amount of gold you earned.
- The total amount of packs you opened.
- Ladder wins and the regional average (2016 avg for China was 246 ladder wins per acc)
- Number of brawl rounds played, and the brawl you played the most of.
- How many friends you played with.
- Whether or not you met the same player on ladder twice [and we're assuming this would state the number if any]
- Highest number of times you played with one friend.
- A stat about beating wings in Karazhan? ("I beat first wing of Karazhan.")
- Number of times you've won a game with 1 health remaining.
- Number of times you've won a game with 30 health remaining.
- Total amount of Arena runs and how many of those were 12 wins.
- The card back you played with the most by amount of games played.

The stats were displayed within cards on a webpage.
Question: Would You Like to See This Over Here?
We don't really see much of stats over here in the West, yet it's pretty popular over in China. Is this something you would like to see more of here?
Lol , yeah that shouldn't be that hard to achieve honestly. Just slam Reno and watch'em buuuurn!
Number of money you spent on this game? :<
I'd like to see with which cardback I had the highest WR, but they probably would never let us see that, since it's actually useful information.
the fuck did I just read?
I would love to know how that's useful information.
shh, don't let them know.
So I could know which card back is positively rigged the most, obv. What a stupid question.
So I guess you took my words seriously. Maybe 18 deck slots IS too much then...
Im just wondering. How would HS get the data from before this gets added in? (If it does somehow, you know they are always watching)
Why even ask the question do you want it? Do you want a thing that might be cool? And if you then decide you're not interested you can ignore it and it costs you nothing? Yeah, obviously I'll have that.
It does seem like a bit of a stupid question to ask but whats better here is allowing people to easily show they support it instead of requiring everyone to leave a comment. The polls also don't require a login, and most of the people on the site don't login to use it which means we can get more feedback!
Whats strange to me is some people have voted no. It would be interesting to know why.
i voted no because while i like the idea of interesting/cool stats i wasn't interested in most of their stats in the bullet list, so, No, i don't want to see that over here, come up with something better.
While that is a basic but legit reason I think you're taking the question far too literally. (If #notroll)
If you imagine that this stats concept would come here whole cloth,copy/paste with no differences then non-Chinese players/speaker would have all voted no to this too. Translating this is no small feat.
I could care less if a limited "crappy" version was ported here at first. We have nothing good now. Give us SOMETHING. The implementation can always change and improve in the future.
Waiting until "the best version" is built is waiting for a unicorn. I personally will take the pony until and horse is available. And if they tied a fake horn to his head I won't complain. I would request and encourage additions and improvements.
Currently though, do you enjoy walking speeds? My answer is neigh!
Ohh thanks for sharing fuzzypuffis. I don't really agree with your answer, but I can see your reasoning. Sorry you got downvoted so much for just sharing why you chose your answer.
I'd like to see how many hours I've spent on this game since closed beta lol
Absolutely. Why not? Why does something like this need to be beta tested???
I'd sign up to beta test
