Tyrande Now Available In Southeast Asia By Buying 40 Packs
Blizzard has launched a new promotion available to players in the Southeast Asia region to obtain Tyrande Whisperwind. By purchasing any 40-pack deal from the in-game store or Battle.net store, these players will now be granted the new Priest hero as well.
- Your Battle.net country of residence must be set to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam or the Philippines to qualify for this promotion.
- The 40-pack item must be a single purchase from Classic or Expansion sets. Cumulative purchases do not qualify for this promotion.
- The Tyrande-skin will be granted to your account by February 28th 2017.
A while back Blizzard had hinted on Twitter at an alternative way to obtain her for people in countries or regions where Twitch Prime is not available. Yong Woo also posted on the Hearthstone forums that they are still looking into it just a couple days ago.

We're not sure if this is the type of deal people were hoping for, but it's there if you want to make use of it. The promotion ends on February 10th.

1. They launch Amazon Prime->Twitch Prime->Tyrande promotion.
2. But I am from the region which cannot participate.
3. No promises are given on how you can get Tyrande if you can't legitimately get it because your region cannot participate.
4. So I don't waste my chance, but some of my time instead and get it non-legitimately.
I would pay money for this well drawn replacement of Anduin's KappaFace but they didn't allow me.
Region-limited offers are so well though out... not.

Now there is another promotion for anyone living in the areas mentioned. They will be able to get Tyrande, if they pay the money for 40 card packs.
One question, how's that fair?

Which means, Asia didn't had access through that promotion thus giving them a chance to at least acquire the Hero is "fair" enough considering it's "limited". Now, this is considering you're talking about you getting it for free and they forced to pay. However, if you're talking about them getting "another" chance, they never really had any considering they weren't eligible in the first place.

I believe it's nice to have certain Hero skins pop from time to time on the "limited" side which makes players who get them feel a little more "unique". Same concept applies to League of Legends, they've a couple limited skins here and there and i definitely won't complain about that either. Just remember, every skin released so far was available to everyone if you researched correctly.
· Khadgar (Requirement): Apple Device (Emulator, iPad, iPhone).
· Tyrande (Requirement): Amazon Prime (Fake Account, Proxy, NA/EU Residency).

Presumably, the new deal is only available on asia region hearthstone? Otherwise, cue a zillion people trying to fake their bnet address and use the deal from elsewhere in the world.
