I opened 2 Kazakus in my 30 pack opening...

Figured something must have been fishy.

So, does this actually confirm the fact that blizz has a chance of manipulating which cards show up more often among the pool of the same rarity? 

Blizzard can screw up with their code in any way they like, but so far all the statistics indicate just normal and stable drop rates per each rarity. That was until now, when the new "type" of cards has been added to the pool.

But let's see if they actually confirm whether it is indeed an issue (really seems to be the case). And I'm really looking forward to seeing how they choose the resolve the crisis.

I don't think I believe in the pity timer. Was it even confirmed to exist? If so, please post a link.  I personally believe that people just end up getting the legendary every ~40 packs because that's how big/small the probability of getting  a legendary is.

EDIT: Another reason I do not believe in the pity timer is that when I've preordered TGT (50 packs, mind you), I've gotten one (and only) TGT legendary somewhere between packs 43-46 (do not remember the exact one, it was a year ago).

HA! info a little too late, i opened my 50 and used my 1700 coins i saved for cards as well. got more legendary cards then i did last expansion at least

too bad that they wont do anything for the people who did get screwed by the bug

Yeah thanks. I literally opened 38 Kabal Chemists in 70 packs. That's almost 8 packs of just one card.

I opened 3 legends in 110 packs, all were the tri-class family leaders.

Of course they're not. It would be some really lazy programming to overload the game's database with cards from not opened packs.

I actually think this a reason to open packs because it means I am more likely to open the really interesting legends and I don't care that much about which rares and commons I open.

Opening a legendary is still a really small chance though, so it doesn't really help :/
