Turn 5 Kazakus Turn 6 The Coin clear enemy board and resurrect 3 minons for you or draw 6 cards seems good
Kabal Lackey is Kirin Tor Mages and Cloaked Huntresses crazy little bastard.
Valet Aggro Freeze would love to have it!
Reno decks are way funnier in wild. Just saying.
Welcome to Pyroblaston turn 7!
HOLY SHIT!!! What if I Discover through Kabal Courier cards like DOOM!, Mind Control, Siphon Soul, Entomb or Shadowflame ...that's INSANE =O
Wow I was not expecting this from Inkmaster. I had envisioned her giving you some Tattoo cards, similar to Xaril. Something like "Soldier's Tattoo - 1 mana, give a minion +1/+1" (basically a Banana), "Wizard's Tattoo - 1 mana give a minion Spell Damage +1", "Thief's Tattoo - 1 mana, give a minion +0/+2 and Stealth". Something along those lines. I definitely like the official version of the card, but ability-wise it doesn't seem like it has anything to do with tattoos or ink lol. In any case, I think it's a VERY solid card that will see a lot of play in Reno decks.
If you read the "A taste of the Kabal" article, it states that "A tattoo from her not only marks your dedication to the Kabal, but can serve as a handy nightlight or massive reservoir of power in a pinch." Hence, they provide power (mana) for one spell.
i'm really loving the fact that they're adding more cards for my favorite deck, reno/medivh freeze mage. that being said, this new legendary makes cho'gall look like a bitch.
Each card in respect to the class is balanced mage has lower stats but gets the better passive which means more for that class while warlock can really use the extra 2/2 stat line and health for the class is a strong mechanic that has positive results in gameplay and with cards like Mal'Ganis and Lord Jaraxxus warlock has meaningfull ways to get past this cost for more value than mage if played right.
Cho'gall's honestly looking a lot better this expansion.
Big issue I've always had with Cho'gall is that there's really only two especially good plays with him (Siphon Soul, Kara Khazam), and one semi-decent but ultimately silly one (Doom -- mostly only because you can play it 3 turns early).
Kazakus and the searcher let you grab some better spells for use with Cho'gall that I think makes him an appealing addition and strengths Renolock decks.
The legendary seems good, but I think people are overhyping it. It's obviously great for sealing out a game in conjunction with flamestrike or a Kazakus potion, but reno mage generally likes value more than tempo.
it's only value against aggro decks, where your mana crystals matter. reno mage is designed to out-value other control decks, and in those matchups a 5/5 doesn't do a whole lot. i'm still probably going to craft it lol
7 mana for a 5/5 with battlecry to deal 5 damage and summoning another 5-drop. Seems good man. Or 7 mana 5/5 battlecry mind control an enemy minion. The possibilities are there with Kabal. Maybe a bit dreamy, but certainly exciting.
realy blizzard once again
RIP arena once again
Mage favoritism is real.
I guarantee a few people in wild mode are going to stop playing Duplicate because of the card text.
I've always been a fan of Reno Mage, and I like these new additions. Keep'm coming Blizz.
Guess I'll have to tech in Beneath the Grounds if these kind of decks become too popular XD.
