Weekend Wacky Wild Decks

It's the weekend and we think it is time to take a break from Standard and jump into the Wild format where all of our old friends from Naxxramas and Goblins vs Gnomes have a chance at glory once more. We've got several deck lists below for you to take a gander, choose one, and let's meet up on the ladder.

they should just remove wacky from the article. Great decks (mostly) that are good for climbing. This week's wild decks makes more sense to me

Well you do appear to have left out the most relevant part, "wild".

Nonetheless, I wish things like secret paladin and face hunter weren't included in posts like this :( those aren't very wacky weekend wild decks...

still they are consistent and played 90% on wild whenever you play wild there is a 70% chance to play against a secret paladin that's why secret eater is a viable card in wild :P imo

I am glad secret paladin and face hunter are included. Finding a good weekly list for wild is rare. But they should definitely update the name and it should reflect that powerful meta decks are posted here too, not just wacky decks.

That face hunter does look pretty weak. Why 2x cotw and no highmanes nor dr. Boom? Loatheb or Leeroy would be much better.

Aggro-decks DO NOT run 9-drops!

FWIW - VS tracks Wild in addition to Standard. The play rate for SP is about 18%.

I agree on your last point, they should specify it.

Secret paladin is in no way a "wacky" deck.

Furthermost, SP lists are almost always the same since LoE, I see no point in highlighting them. Here you just have a guy playing Murloc Knight after so many bad murloc drops were added and not playing Tirion Fordring.

in standard i dont see to much secret paladin played, but in wild its a freak show i play wild on daily basis and most of my match ups are paladin based on that assumption im judging, still its a solid deck after all this time

I took a quick look at my stats on Hearthstone Deck Tracker, and over 300 games in the last seasons (WIld only, and not all my decks, only the ones I played the most), I faced exactly 25% Paladins, 15.8% Mages and Hunters and the other classes where between 4.5% (Rogue) and 9.5% (Warrior and Warlock really close).

While these stats don't mean anything (very small sample size), I doubt you faced more then 50% of Paladins.
