With win-streaks, particularly at the low ranks where they'd be quite likely, it seems technically possible, though not likely something others are able to repeat reliably.

Since this deck is extremely low-cost and plays like zoo (with clever board clearing until ready to push), I felt it lacked a bit of a punch with the discard mechanics (let's be honest, there is a single card that does something when discarded). Hence adding ++Fist of Jaraxxus instead of relying too much on Abusive Sergeants made the deck much more viable for me. And it allows for GOD turns where you discard Silverware Golem and Fist of Jaraxxus when playing the Doomguard and your opponent insta-concedes.

I've been running Fist of Jaraxxus for some time to test how it feels, but very quickly I've come to the point that it is far less agile option and adds some unwanted outcomes.
Generally speaking the best in Disc/Zoo Warlock decks is that they are pretty quick (either victory or loos at T6-10) and mostly have good starting hand and less options for very bad draw - you don't want to impact your smooth and confident play with excessive RNG.

Discardlock has very good stat minion with discard effect it good on draw without use heropower PO has chance to discard with no use many time Discardlock need minion than spell because discarding and draw spell useless is sometime have only 2 Soulfire is nice now

Discardlock not like Zoolock that need many minion on board and buff each other and trade low cost minion with PO or use like burst but Discardlock cant burst with PO because if you have no minion have Doomguard and PO in hand PUFF!! it disappear ,That why Zoolock use Leeroy Jenkin popular than Doomguard

I find discard strategy very underwhelming.

I get nervous when I see my own card being discarded.

Hence I don't play Hunter Tracking at all. 

Despite being considered very simple in strategy, playing better than average with this deck takes planing actions for several turns ahead and considering multiple courses of actions, depending on upcoming draw. Each time you draw, and you can draw several times a turn.
Without having a quick mind and good knowledge of enemy deck you will end up easily controlled by anyone above R10.
But I managed to have solid 60-70 winrate up to R5 and more. Just don't have enough time and nerves to make it Legend.

When I compare playing this deck and control Warrior deck I find many more possible plays each turn in opposite to Warrior's choice of mostly single, sometimes two valid plays a turn. Even thou I find Dragon decks more viable in current meta and they also have quite of options to play, I am really having more fun and intellectual intense with Disc lock.

And swap Darkshire Librarian for Acidic Swamp Ooze ftw in current weapon rich meta. 
In early game it is far more useful to break a weapon, than get stuck with more than two discards in the hand. And when you want to discard your Silverware Golem - you want to be confident for that, so you most likely find a play with Doom guard + Silverware Golem, you don't necessarily require librarian for that. So as in mid game if enemy finds a weapon and advantage is arguable - if you play Librarian you can end up -1 minion to weapon and a card, which is equal or better to have an Ooze and don't lose minion to weapon.
Also a Hunter vs Warlock matchup is insta win in any of 2 conditions:
- he does not draw and charge the bow
- you break the bow

So far Disco zoo lock is doing well for me early this season. Now with people aware of it I switched to control warrior but man disco zoo lock is almost as a no brain deck than face hunter

 I'm really happy seeing Blizzard managing to push a cool concept enough for it to become viable, too bad that if it ain't aggro it won't work.

A deck based around RNG (discard) isn't cool, especially not since it's pure aggro/vomit-your-handlock.

It's not based on RNG, no more than any other deck. If you're rolling the dice on discards when you have a bunch of non-discard bonus cards in hand then you're playing this deck, and your rank will tank fast. 

The only time you praise RNG is when you're hugely behind with this deck, the other times you manipulate the RNG to your favour, which isn't autopilot vomit-your-hand.
