Discuss this Week's Brawl

11 wins 4 concedes. This brawl is easy if you take initiative in your hands.
Hand swap is pretty annoying though, especially when your opponent wasted all your collected buffs on random minion.
I still cannot believe how I got it in the first try. The other player was so bad that I had to save his ass twice, save mine without any help from him, and kill the boss myself, thank good I was the priest.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaarghhhh... Gonna Q this brawl, people just don't know how to play it :( ....Waste of time and nerves.
for the love of god if you are on the Shaman side and Nefarian just swapped each player's hands do NOT play Justicar
I guess I got lucky because I thought this was one of the most fun brawls I've played. There were times when one of us got down as low as 5 HP, but after we stabilized and figured out the brawl, it was fairly smooth. It was my first attempt, maybe my partner had done it before. I was the shaman.
i don't understand. when boss hp down to 60 he kill my 100 health minion. isn't that he just can do 30 dame at 60hp ?
You probably had a full board at the end of your turn. When Nef switches sides, if there's no space for his fat dragon ass he kills all of your minions. Yes even if they're about to die to his 6 or 30 damage wave.
The real problem is the lack of animation, sound effect, history trigger, etc. It comes off as a weird bug because it was implemented so half-assedly.
There are so many idiots playing this brawl... Either they haven't played this brawl yet, or are too stupid to see the combo with Stoneskin Gargoyle. Of the 5 games i've played, not one of them is buffing him when in play/kill it right away/board wipe your own board... Gosh I start to hate this brawl
My first attempt: my partner and I got him down to 8, loss #1 but it was a good try and a learning experience. Second attempt: my new partner and I had a much better result. The creature that gets +1/+1 for every card that is played won it for us. At one point it was a 30/25 then I proceeded to divine spirit it, then inner fire it. Before it was all said and done it also had the resummon buff. Easy win and I had fun building a massive creature.
How's this idea: Make this THE idea for Tavern Brawl. Not Nefarian specifically, but coop.
Blizzard can put thought into designing new bosses (PLEASE, Blizzard, put thought into design), and we'll have new TBs other than "Build a deck out of X copies of A". They can still try to take our money with their occasional Brawliseums and stuff, but no more of the weekly random deck/solved within 3 hours crap.
Most of the complaints here are about people who don't know how to play these coop brawls. That would continue to suck at first, but I think if these were an almost-weekly thing, folks would get better at them before long.
I don't think making a widely-despised brawl a more regular occurrence is the wisest way to boost its popularity. A better description of the brawl and maybe tips from the innkeeper would be a lot more helpful in making newbies understand the goal of it without making everyone who just hates it, period, play it more often. I usually don't mind the deckbuilding brawls either. I'm not averse to more diversity in co-op brawls and maybe a bit more frequently than once a year, but let's not get carried away here.
i like this but players are very very bad :(
I’ve never talked more shit @ my phone than this week’s brawl. 😂
It's these co-op brawls where we are all reminded how dumb the average Hearthstone player is....
i like this tavern brawl, and all coop tavern brawls, but it sucks way too much when the priest has no idea what to do.
if no one realised the win condition is an 80/80 gargoyle with windfury not zerg the boss with buffed totems D:
please add a chat
so fed up of people making massive king muklas and just losing it, wiping board with 7 minions, hitting 60 hp and wiping, lucky dip if you auto win because someone has a remote clue of how to do it or auto lose if they dont
fs
Idk if it happened to someone of you guys but I'm currently playing a match where suddenly my board was cleared (without dmg, just all the minions crumbling) when Nef was like 96 hp.
If Nefarian switches to your side when there are seven minions on it, he cleares them all.
I wonder why Gargoile immune to 30 AOE damage? Happened two times already. She was way below 30 hp and there was not Ancestral Spirit on her, because she remained her few buffs after full clear.
P.s. I guess it is some weird interaction with boss mechanics. It must be yor opponent to bring Boss' hp to 60 when your gargoile is on the board. Then she revives from 0 to actual hp at the start of your turn. OP though...
