Value Town #69
Episode 69 of Value Town aired earlier today. ChanManV and Noxious were joined by Firebat and DeviousKat to discuss.. Hearthstone! Much Old Gods related discussion was had including decks!
Watch part 1 of Episode 69 below, find part 2 over here, and be sure to hit up ChanManV on YouTube to find previous episodes of Value Town.
Am a little reticent to 'pick my flavor'. They all look like they'd sooner poison me than tantalize my taste buds
C'tun decks everywhere... When the community will understand that Yogg-Saron is the best old god?
I think C'Thun is in a really awesome spot once players learn how to counter the decks. It gives F2P players something to build around, and there are plenty of cheap, viable C'thun decks floating around currently. You can also invest in some of the more expensive, control-type C'thun decks or build counters that don't run C'thun at all if it isn't your bag. Give it a couple weeks after launch once all of the experimentation is done and everyone settles into their niche, there's a lot of variety yet to play.
Great decks IMO,and good for F2p players Lol
"KEEP THAT POINTER OFF MY EYES!"
If you're wondering what legendary to craft next, the answer is The Black Knight. Twin Emperor is the real MVP of the C'Thun decks.
Really love the design of this guide, nice job keep the good work team!
C´thun decks are nice, but i think priest and shaman are a bit OP in this expansion, we see after the dust sattle down a bit if priest and shaman are dominate the ladder.
Didn't jump on the C'Thun train myself or netdeck someone else's decks. Currently running a deck kind of similar to beast druid, but with more card draw. Get about 50% win rate (Rank 7), which for not having stellar deck building ability I consider pretty good.
Its not really creative or original but C'thun Druid is a lot of fun imo.
I dont know how it will work out in the long run but it's a great starting point to this expansion
Everyone and their mothers are running C'Thun decks right now.
We went from a few meta decks for each class to a single meta for EVERY class...
Actually made me want to try out the game again, been a while now.
BM-Bat? No thanks.
Love the layout Hearthpwn, well done. :)
Great decks, can't wait till I get more cards and can try them out.
The problem is if you are forced to play C'Thun early to clear board against mid range/control deck, you are pretty much lost after they dealt with it. C'Thun is amazing but probably need a 2nd win condition.
'Ba-a-a', said C'Thun when realised that Polymorph made him only win condition :)
These decks are too slow, All the zoo and shamans means that C'Thun never goes off.
made TONS of decks with him, have not gotten to fire him off once! getting blue over here...
Too much dust required =(
