Is that why I never saw the signature version of Arch-villain rafaam in the store? I see it in the collection but it says it can only be found in the store and when the event that was happening at the time ended when the store normally shows new stuff there isn’t anything there kinda like now none of these bundles are in the store

If you can't see it, it's probably for China, new accounts or some other case. Sadly we don't have a way to track who can get these offers.
