Make a Standard deck to compete with the best! Stakes are high, the competition is intense. More wins means more rewards. Can you make it to 12 wins?
This is played with Standard deckbuilding rules and you need to build your own deck for the class you choose.
The gimmick is that entering the Brawl costs gold or real money, but the rewards now range from 1 pack up to 50 packs, ~1100 Dust, ~1100 gold and 3 golden legendaries. Winning more rewards a ton, but it is very hard to get there. The most likely outcome is that you spend 1000g to get 2 or 3 packs in the period just before the Mini Set is set to launch.
There is NO free run this Brawl.

Didn't need the dust I needed the standard packs to save up but that would mean i would be less likely to spend money on the game. So kudos Blizzard you got me.

Just like other Heroic Brawls without a free entry everyone gets the "Call of the Brawl" quest, where playing a single game, any format, gets a pack. And it is a standard pack, meaning this week is actually an upgrade over other brawls which would reward a Great Beyond pack.

Would you be okay with the brawl if it occurred after the miniset? Terrible players would still lose, waste their gold, and then regret it.
I don’t know who those delusional fools are who think they can profit from this brawl even though they are bad players (low Legend, Diamond rank, and below). If you’re a delusional bad player, then you deserve whatever happens to you.
I once saw a top-200 Legend player attempt this brawl three times, and he did not get past six wins in any of them. He even recognized some of his opponents’ names because they were highly ranked as well.
Imagine what a bad player would do in this brawl if it’s difficult even for a top-200 Legend player.

This is what I said as well: players should stop deluding themselves about being good enough for the brawl and stop blaming the developers for creating it.
I don’t understand why people get angry and accuse the developers of “scamming” them in this brawl. Realizing that this brawl is only for the very best players should be common sense. Even if you are one of the best, there is a high risk involved. Is it really that hard for people to figure out this common sense? That’s why I said delusional fools deserve whatever they get.
Imagine a fool clicking on the “Tavern Brawl” tab and getting a prompt telling them to pay 1000 gold, and they’re like, “Hell yeah, take my money,” expecting to make a profit, without doing any research online about this brawl. LOL
