Skelesaurus Hex
- RNG Warning! His hero power is a 0 mana cost better version of Unstable Portal. Sometimes there's just nothing you can do about it.
- His deck is primarily beast minions, and he can summon quite a few of them. Control the board as best you can before going face.
- There's an interesting glitch which seems to occur quite often with Mage. Animated Armor sometimes isn't targeted by Skelesaurus when it's in play. Pair with Kel'Thuzad to secure its board position.

The Steel Sentinel
- Super annoying fight on Heroic compared to normal - now the minions can only take 1 damage from each attack.
- Divine Shield, Armor, and Taunts is the backbone of The Steel Sentinel's deck.
- Knife Jugglers plus token spam can help clear out the Divine Shields, and hit him in the face with effective damage.
- Equality makes quick work of his higher health minions.

Arch-Thief Rafaam
- Rafaam steals your deck! Play something crappy! The deck you get from Elise has a Rare Spear, so give him tons of rare cards!

Rafaam Unleashed
- Your hero power is replaced with Rummage. Visit the boss guide to view all the artifacts you can draw.
- He will summon a boss every few turns. You can also see these on the boss guide.
- Controlling the board is very important - you can only attack him when the staff has charged up and released a boss, and only for a single turn as the staff makes him immune again.

Not the most exiting cardbacks, a lot of work due to the RNG for it
Killing rafaam with inspire feels bad
Skelesaurus was the worst.
Skele definitely gave me some problems. Good guide though! Thanks
Arch-Thief Rafaam guide should include a rogue deck. Rogue has bunch of dead cards if you can't equip a weapon and his hero power isn't a weapon. There are some flying around here.
Rex hero power balanced <kappa>
For Rafaam unleashed i had luck with a savage roar - deathrattle druid, no FON. Its a deck listed in icy veins. Won in the 4th try, much easier than the ones listed here. Maybe its because im missing the expensive removal. In the druid deck i just used naturalize.
well at least this time there was a challenge ^^
I really want a tavern brawl where you steal each others decks now. Arch-Thief Rafaam is now my favorite adventure boss.
yes, I felt the bosses were easier this time around, especially on Heroic. I used constructed decks for 6 heroic bosses, which is probably equal if not greater than Naxx and BRM combined. like you i'm not entirely sure that that's necessarily good or bad, but there definitely weren't any bosses that compared with the likes of Patchwerk, Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad or Drakkisath and Maloriak, etc.
I haven't played Heroic mode, but when I played Rafaam Pt. 1 I used Warlock, giving him awful cards like Blood Imp, Summoning Portal, Sense Demons, and Sacrificial Pact. So he has two summoning portals out, uses his hero power, gets Jaraxxus out for 2 mana, and is able to hero power a 6/6 out on the same turn. This is normal mode, so I still have control of the game, but it required me to actually think about my plays... until the next turn when he used a Sacrificial Pact on himself, killing him instantly. I have to imagine the AI would be similar on heroic mode. It's a risky play, but set him up with Jaraxxus and Sacrificial Pact. Particularly if you cut the summoning portals, it will be a turn 9 play, making it more likely that he has Sacrificial Pact in hand.
Anyway, that bit of goofiness aside, everyone is missing the best card to include in the deck which is Coliseum Manager. He plays it every turn, and then auto-casts his hero power the next turn before he attacks. It's an automatic 3-mana sink every turn, and it's rare.
Rafaam will not play Sir Finley if you include it in your deck (I Mindvisioned it off him while it was the only card in his hand). I haven't tried to see if he will play Shadowform or not.
Great tips! After I Clear BRM Heroic I'll try LoE.
Thank you for the guides! I will try them today! ;)
Rafaam pt1 is a fun heroic fight; Skelesaurus Hex is a nighmare of a heroic fight.
Wrong weapon linked for Rafaam, it's not a cursed blade it's a weapon that gains damage and charges when he plays any rare cards.
