Season 9 - New, Changed, Staying & Leaving Cards - Elementals
Battlegrounds Season 9 is coming on December 3rd, but before that, we will show you all the cards for a specific Tribe, the new and changed cards, as well as the leaving cards.
Today Blizzard revealed the Elementals!

Changed from "4/5 stats, Taunt. Deathrattle: Summon and get a random Elemental" -> "3/4 stats, Taunt Battlecry and Deathrattle: Get a random Elemental".
Returned to the rotation.
Changed from "Tier 2, 2/1 stats, Deathrattle: Elementals in the Tavern have +1/+1 this game" -> "Tier 5, 5/4 stats, Battlecry and Deathrattle: Elementals in the Tavern have +2/+2 this game".
Returned to the rotation.
Changed from "Tier 5" -> "Tier 4".
Returned to the rotation.
Changed from "Tier 1, 1/4 stats, Battlecry: Your next Refresh costs (0)" -> "Tier 3, 3/4 stats, Battlecry: Gain 2 Refreshes that cost (0)".

Posted Nov 26, 2024 (The Great Dark Beyond Launch)Not exactly since Frostling scales from the start of the game, Ultraviolet Ascendant is going to require you to have this tier 6 on board before it will scale at all, which is significantly worse than just straight up "giving Frostling's stats".
Ascendant is pretty similar to Rock Rock in my opinion - It provides slightly more stats and it buffs your cycle spot but it only buffs elementals (which really hurts). In all, she's probably a downgrade from Rock Rock.
