I love Wisp on the Shell.
I don't really care that much for the Effect because...is not that important that the Undeads survive (tho you can technically use it on any build, which makes it more interesting), but the art is delightful, and the reference is great.
Which makes me think what is actually the target audience of Hearthstone, because some aspects makes me think they are aiming to a child public, while I highly doubt that anybody under 17 knows about Ghost in the Shell.
I remember ads for the 2017 Ghost in the Shell movie. I think there are a lot of <17 who know that version at least
Because they changed the art. New colored armor, no eye patch. Its supposed to be a new card technically.
Corpse Recycler must be the laziest design ever! They just changed the colours from Corpse Refiner.... oh wait... they RECYCLED the art!
To be fair there is a substantial amount of cards that are reused unchanged Tokens from the game. Here at least they bother on editing the card, is not a *great* edit by any means, but at least somebody had to open Photoshop to do it.
I still think they could had just removed the Pirate tag of Corpse Refiner, make a completly different card that is exactly the same is kinda silly. Like the original art was barely a Pirate. I used a patch for a while and never engaged in any type of Pillage, not intentionally at least.
I don't think it's a bad thing to be honest, they kept the visuals consistent as the old one so you can recognize at a glance what the card does.
This is the same thing that happened with Glyph Guardian/Glim Guardian and Peggy Brittlebone/Peggy Sturdybone few years ago.
Just the one from that battle. A flood of Undead from your hand to refill the board would be insane. Its Tier 6 though which I don't agree with. I would put this no higher than five and no lower than four.
You're missing the point of the question. It's an avenge effect, meaning it can add multiple cards to your hand in the same turn, and the wording is unclear on whether it only summons the first one added this way, or all that are added that turn. I'm assuming it's summoning all of them in that scenario, which potentially makes it fairly strong, otherwise it would just be very weak for a 6-drop.
I dont get it.
Corpse Refiner is leaving, but Corpse Recycler (1:1 same minion) is a new card???
The new one is not a pirate
She's no longer a pirate
Yeah, but why adding in "new cards" instead of "Changed & Returning Cards"?
Wording on Deathly Striker is weird. The deathrattle summons the first one added to the hand or all in case of multiple avenge triggers?
I assume it would summon all of them, which could make it really potent. Just summoning one might not be enough impact for a tier 6 minion
I was wondering the same thing. You'd think it would have some wording making it specific to summon any added to your hand by that specific minion. Otherwise it could be seen as a "Summon the First" "Summon the Last" or "Summon a Random"
Maybe it is to keep down word count though, as there is already a lot of text?
I'm pretty sure is supposed to summon all the ones you add to your hand. I don't know why they always use so akwards wordings. Specially cause they already did kind of an effect like this with Kologarn, which still to me looks kinda ambigous if any means all or a random one (Tho I know it means all, but because I played the card).
It would be pretty low impact for a Tier-6 if only summons one thing, I think. Tho at the same time, it could be pretty strong if summons all the things. So I'm not entirely sure, but knowing Blizzard's wording, gives me the vibes that it means to summon all you got that combat.
