Soo, what are exactly Bonus Keywords?

For the Bubble Gunner I assume only possibilities are: Divine Shield, Reborn, Stealth, Taunt, Venomous & Windfury.

But in the case of Fountain Chiller & Hackerfin, does other apply too? Such as: Avenge, Battlecry, Choose One, Deathrattle, Magnetic, Poisonous, Spellburst & Start of Combat?

I'm assuming Bonus Keywords would typically only count towards the items you listed in the top sentence, though you could argue it counts for Magnetic as well.

Otherwise, the keywords in the second sentence are specific to the card and cannot be added as a "bonus" keyword. I'd think things like mechs that come with keywords already would not have the first instance of the keyword counted, so the 1/1 with Divine Shield and Deathrattle: summon a 1/1 and the 3/2 with divine shield would not receive bonuses from Hackerfin unless they had something magnetized to the body.

I'd be really interested to know if the bonus keyword effects increase if the effect is stacked. So multiple Magnetics and/or Divine Shields on a mech providing 1 bonus per keyword, or one bonus per instance of the keyword.

The Bonus Keywords are the same than the Bonus Effects, minus all the Bonus Effects that dosn't exist in BG like Elusive or Lifesteal, and that's why they have a different name.

I kinda feel that the "Bonus Effect/Bonus Keyword" always was a pretty bad name to refer to all the "Combat/Passive Keywords" I wish they had used a better wording. Because like. For example:

If Neon Agent attacks, and it loses Divine Shield does Implant Subject gives it a +1/+1?  You could think yes, because Divine Shield is between the pool of Bonus Keywords, but also you can think no, because is not a Bonus Keyword, is a Keyword that the card always had, and both reasonings are equally valid.
