Quests and Dailies
You may have remembered seeing posts about achievement strings in the past here on HearthPwn. Since the Beta has launched, we have discovered that the achievements function much more like quests from World of Warcraft. There are both repeatable and non-repeatable quests in Hearthstone, and each quest comes with its own reward.
When looking through the quests, one in particular sticks out - The Duelist. The Duelist's criteria states that you must play 3 games in play mode, but the quest currently does not complete. The reward specified is a Mount. This quest may be a placeholder or test quest and not planned to be available, but there is the possibility it has something to do with the infamous Hearthsteed which was added during WoW Patch 5.3.

Upon logging into Hearthstone for the first time each day, you will be given one of the following daily quests.

Posted Oct 31, 2013 (Beta Patch 3937)hmmm yes and no,... yes it is very entertaining,...but in the other hand,...all copycats are using it atmt!!, Garrosh wiht murlocs, Jaina with murloc, Malfurión with murlocs , every heroe is now being used with murlocs.... you gonna be facing so many times the same deck and strategy,....= bored pretty soon.but those cards are pretty amazing... totally worth the effort.

Posted Aug 19, 2013 (Beta Patch 3664)I really want to say that the game is a lot fun and i'm happy I got into beta BUT I really hope that the current gold costs change and/or the arcane dust ratios. In the game it is currently impossible to farm gold (5 wins for 5gold is a mean joke). It would take a lot of time to get 100g for 2 packs or 150g for Arena. It really should be around 50g per 5 wins because right now it's an impossible grind. I did spend already $42 in beta mind you and that's the only reason I have a decent card selection but I shouldn't have to keep spending just to get some packs. Or at the very least add in several more quests and make it like a 3-5 day limit which will also encourage us to try different things in order to accomplish the quest.Also, the dust ratio being 1:4 on the disenchant to enchant (create) is a bit insane given how hard it is get packs with gold. I sincerely hope Blizzard also looks at changing this to at least a 1:3 in addition to the gold changes or a 1:2 if they insist on making gold so scare. Right now Arena is the best overall value for the dollar and is the best chance to farm packs if your good and lucky. I love opening packs but right now i'm done spending anymore money and at the current rate i'll be lucky if I get to open 1 pack every 2 days which is no fun at all.

Posted Aug 19, 2013 (Beta Patch 3664)As far as I know you get only 1 quest per day, but you can "store" up to 3 quests, so if you don't play for two days you will have 3 quests when you come back. Very reasonable system IMO.

Imagine if it was elligible for the people who were in the closed beta?
