It can be also discarded(lowest cost card requirement) as a trash if you do not want to draw, plus you have great pain synergy.
Saying that you can replace Fracking and Furnace Fuel in PainLock deck for better synergy.

mass production is tap on turn 1, so mountain giant on 3 is in hand, the new draw to make giant cheaper is also enabled by this and molten giant is also there.

I think you significantly overestimate the card.
Yes, the situation you describe (play it on 1, tap on 2, Mountain Giant on 3) is very powerful, might even see play because of that, but the downside of shuffling two copies of Mass Production into your deck is huge. They're basically dead cards when you draw them, because if you play them you now have 4 copies in your deck. And if you keep doing it, you'll end up in a situation where your deck is 80% Mass Production and it's almost impossible to draw your regular cards. And whenever you play it, you take 3 damage on top of that.
My prediction is that it will see zero play, but we'll see.
The downside you are naming isn't that bad. There are two types of decks that use this strategy: 'wheel to draw' and 'handlock'. With 'wheel to draw', it doesn't matter what is in your deck since you are going to play 'wheel' anyway, and this is just a way to effectively get the cards you need. There's no real downside in that deck since you will draw the important stuff before the shuffling becomes a problem. The second deck, 'handlock', wants to damage itself and needs the card draw, especially for cards like giants and removal. Again, it won't affect the card pool so much since you can always raise your life back up to 15 with the new card.
Darkglare with Mass Production is nuts
Infernal it's meh card, situational at best.
Domino effect it's a pretty good AoE, though it can be countered with Locations.
Mass producction is auto include in Wild Pain Lock, I predict this is going to see a nerf or a ban.
