Question: How does this card work if you select a Deathrattle minion to stitch into this one? Are both Deathrattles going to work? Answer: You choose the sequence of nesting dolls - when this card dies, he summons the 5. when the 5 dies, it does whatever it would normally do plus also summons the 3. when the 3 dies, it does whatever it would normally do plus also summons the 1. the 1 is normal. Question: What happens if you copy the Deathrattle with Death Growl for example? Will the other 2 minions summon the 5, 3, and 1 drop? Answer: Also if you death growl, you pass along the nested deathrattle - i just tried it on doctor himself and the Murloc Tinyfin also summoned the 5->the 3->the 1 (Source)

It's better at minimum due to discover instead of random, as well as 5 cost vs 4 cost. Maybe not amazing, but I don't think it's bad in a midrangy deck, which most are nowadays.
Are you telling me that you made a Legendary about stiching stuff, with a doll theme, and you didn't use Dollmaster Dorian? The betral, brother.
Good lord I saw the video cause the card does something totally different to what I assumed the text mean, I thoug it was like Build-An-Undead and this gets all the stats and texts at once.
It's pretty clunky. Is a Deathrattle minion that you have to play from hand, which takes away the only advantage that Deathrattle has over Battlecry. The minion itself dosn't has any kind of Combat Keyword, and drops flat on board without any impact, for 6-Mana, dosn't adds the minions to your hand AND gives you the stats one by one.
On the positives is 4 layers of minions...Which is hard to remove. I don't know how this works with Death Growl to be honest. I assume that the "Stich" mechanic is just for flavor, and this works as "Gain Deathrattle summon X with Deathrattle summon Y, with Deathrattle summon Z", so it should work as normal. So that's a good card to play with this.
But is super slow and unlike Rogue and Hunter (or even Warlock), DK despite being the equivalent of necromancers in Warcraft, dosn't really has many ways to trigger Deathrattles, specially without killing the minion. (Plus, give this minion Reborn dosn't does anything, cause is a Battlecry)
I also thought it was a "zombeast" type of build-a-card when I first read it and was really excited. The actual effect is still cool, but man I would have LOVED making a monstrosity as a legendary card, could have even fit the "build a bear" toy aesthetic.
Those who are able to use inference to derive understanding from incomplete sets of information and…
The way the card works does not line up at all with plenty of realistic options of what "stitch" could mean but I guess I must've not been there when the Stitchers of Bad Card Texts expansion was launched in 20XX. It's not like writing what cards actually do onto them is important in a card game, at least in the minds of Blizzard devs.
Imagine that works just like Carnivorous Cube. The Deathrattle is an empty vessel that needs the Battlecry to trigger.
And then you have to know the internal mechanics of the game. Cause the reality of HS is that a lot of cards don't actually do what they say. The most clear example is Rattlegore. The wording says that resummons itself with a -1/-1. But that's not true, what the card actually does is summoning an 8/8 Copy of Rattlegore that is an unique token minion that looks just like the original card, but is an 8/8 instead with a Deathrattle that summons a 7/7 new Token. So the card has the ilussion that Resummons itself with a -1/-1, but it just has 8 different Tokens stiched together.
It's a similar case with Da Undatakah, the card says that "Gains the effect of friendly minions that died this game" But it dosn't does that. It checks what Friendly Deathrattle minions died this game, then gives itself a plain copy of that minion's Deathrattle (Plain copies are the minions as they appear in your collection), and the Deathrattle of this card on your collection is empty, cause the Battlecry fills it, and if is in your collection, the Battlecry didn't triggered.
YO! These revealed cards are pretty cool. Some nice pickings for the type of deck I wanted to build. And wow that is one sticky legendary minion if you don't silence him in some way, I approve >:3

Just as bad but the animation will take so long.

are you new to HS or just really bad regarding logical thinking?
Really cool, and powerful effect, especially if you get lucky and get deathrattle or reborn minions.
creative design, need more cards like this

There is literally no way to know how this works without the video.
Yeah the wording is insufficient.
There are two types of people:

Yes that's exactly how Blizzard works. Incomlete sets of information

hydra shuffles a copy so it should be fine its not a weasel/immortal prelate situation.
i just wonder how this will work with Da Undatakah , especially after Floppy Hydra .
It won't.
You need the battlecry to select the cards.

Queer Death Knight will be happy about this card probably
