I think a reasonable nerf would be to make it deal 10 dmg or to remove 1 type of the pandarian bouncers from standard
All Blizzard can do to nerf a card is increasing its mana cost. In this case it would just do the trick.
Increase it to 6 mana (which is more than ok for this effect!!!!) and slow down all the bouncing and double plays on the same turn

I see a lot of comments like "The snake isn't a problem in wild". No? No, it's also a huge problem there too? Just build a deck full of removals, a bit of draw and 4-6 excavate cards. That's it, it clears all control and most of aggro decks easily. Took me to legend, lol.
I don't know about any of you but when a warlock gets to four excavates, they just simply win because they always have the bounce back guys.
My only strat is to not play any 1 health minions. But they can do their own if needed.
The card is clearly overpowered since there is nothing people can do about it other than dirty rat and hope it hits the right card.
Make it so that only works once in a match
Make it 11 mana 0/1, battlecry: Give your opponent's hero 10 Health. If you played this card atleast once this expansion, you have to play it every game you will ever play, otherwise you lose 100 gold and a random legendary card from your collection.
Deck isn't even that strong lol, it's like T2 at best

Lower the effect to 5. Or at least reduce it by 2-4 for each reuse of this battle cry.
Changing the cost of a snake is as stupid as making an old god cheaper than 10 mana.
It's high time to introduce a couple of rules into the game so that interesting cards and mechanics don't break the game:
Legendary cards are not returned, copied, etc., unless otherwise stated on them.
Cards cannot cost zero mana unless they say otherwise or cards that interact with them make their cost free.
But we are very accustomed to ten-year rules and every expansion we will whine about the next “warlock”.
It would bring a bit of complexity, which Hearthstone isn’t meant for, but I really like your rules ideas

Those are meant to be copied and this is clearly specified in their text.
I was obviously referring to all those copy/bounce effects provided by other cards and theis sick interactions with some powerful legendary cards.
It would probably be fine if it didn't "STEAL" the life, but just did 10 damage instead.

True, but atleast having armor would make a difference, and you'd also be able to heal.
